The platform has made by recruiting work much easier. The platform is not too complicated and is much affordable than the ones available in the market. The support is excellent and they will ensure the issues resolved ASAP. Implementation is super simple and all with the help of super efficient team. Multiple features and use of this has become a daily routine for me.

While the platform is excellent, there are certain sections which need upgrade, I'm using the early stage standard one, probably they have better options in the pai versions.

Getting all my Job Requisition and Job Posting streamlined. Getting the Resume Parssing, Assessments, scheduling all in one place.

Pitch N Hire tracks all of the interviews and interactions with the candidates. This has changed my life as a recruiter and organized our process with ease. The templates for emails is fantastic and the pipeline is great. We are able to customize everything to fit our needs and making changes is easy. I am not the most technical person, but this system is easy to navigate for even me.

Pitch N Hire the only thing that I see that could change is, it would be nice to have the phone number go in with the right format. I have to always out the (-) or gaps after three digits in between the numbers so they can be read easier when dialing the candidate.

Each time you need assistance with anything, Pitch N Hire has an amazing customer service response and the speed in which they respond is amazing.

I am happy with our decision to go with Pitch N Hire. It has automated every aspect of our staffing business and addressed our pain areas.

Would like to see more integrations and tools.

I love the tags and navigation throughout the website and app. I also love that they are straight to the point. and completely AI based to give faster performance

I considered Pitch N Hire as one of the most easiest system to use in terms of Applicant tracking system. I am actually overwhelmed when I finally met this app, as I can explore the site without being confused of what to do. On top of it, there’s also a demo feature where everyone can book a demo for tutorials or any queries regarding with the site. I can say that this site is indeed a user-friendly, efficacious, and something that can make every business person to hire the right, competitive, and deserving employees. Not to mention, the detailed interface of this site makes it more appealing to the eyes of the clients, such as the key features which highlights the system’s attributes, as well as the percentage of the site’s overall performance, which are a big help in this kind of hiring industry.

I think I recommend more options for disqualification of candidates but over all it is a superb and fantastic one! It helps me to find the right one to every vacant position.
