One of the first things I notice is how easy it is to edit PDFs that would normally be a pain to work with. Updating text, adding images, creating fillable fields, or getting a document ready for signature only takes a few minutes, and I can do everything straight from the browser. More than once we've had to make last-minute changes to a proposal right before sending it, and being able to update it without downloading or converting files has saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. I also end up using templates all the time. A lot of our contracts, proposals, and onboarding documents are almost identical from one client to the next, so instead of copying old files and hoping nobody forgets to update something, we just fill in the fields and move on. It saves time and cuts down on those little mistakes that always seem to sneak in. I also like how easy it is to share documents, send them out for signature, and keep track of where everything stands. Instead of wondering if someone has reviewed a contract or signed a document yet, I can check the status in a few seconds. Having editing, OCR, eSignatures, redaction, and LinkToFill all in the same platform means I rarely need another tool to handle documents.

The only area where I'd like to see more progress is AI. The current tools are useful for filling out forms and speeding up a few editing tasks, but I think there's still plenty of room for smarter data extraction and automations that reduce even more of the manual work.

One thing I deal with on almost every project is everything that has to happen before development can actually move forward: contracts, approvals, change requests, onboarding forms, and all the other paperwork that needs to be completed before anyone starts working. For a long time, that part of the process slowed us down more than it should. Since then, I've realized that keeping the administrative side organized is just as important as keeping the technical work organized.

Creating forms from a template are a little challenging sometimes. It would be nice to have a software that you are able to completely create a form from scratch with or without help of a template.

I really like that I can add in forms in pdfFiller for future use. I also love the blackout, arrow, line, draw, and adding image features which make personalized school projects and papers easier to finish! This tool makes life easier! The blackout feature works like the erase feature, allowing you to add another text or object on that area. The arrows, lines, and draw features help me point out any mistakes or changes to classmates. The add image feature helps us to personalize our projects and put the images where we want them to be. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly. pdfFiller is so awesome, I'd rate it 20 over 10!

The verified signature date isn’t shown in the UK format (dd/mm/yyyy), which is important when I’m signing legal documents.

Also, there’s no measuring tool. I work with architectural drawings, and it would be really helpful to be able to measure the height and width of a drawing.

The only thing is just the desktop app experience. Many people still would like to have a desktop app. So that's just the only thing. Aside from that, Cloud Volley still works for me. But the desktop app would also be nice to have.

Depending on how the document uploaded was originally formatted, some text might not be highlighted and amended. I would prefer that regardless of how documents are formatted/saved, that pdfFiller automatically identifies all text for amending.

You will get an occasional signature shift making the alignment off. Other than that this app is great
