I think it is super helpful that you can use it to pay upfront for some medical expenses you wouldn't ordinarily be able to cover at the second. We love using it for unexpected vet bills and we used it when my husband had a heart attack to get all his medications for when he got out of the hospital.

They are still growing so it is a super simple service and sometimes getting the payments through takes a few days to affect your balance after you get past your direct deposit date.

Paytient is allowing customers maybe that don't have upfront funds or have exhausted their HSA to pay for needed medical expenses right now and have it paid over time out of pocket.

Paytient allows me to get the healthcare I need without having the added stress of having to figure out how to pay for it upfront.

I love everything Paytient!!! What's not to love about them? They found the solution to help people get the care they need.

I don't work much during the summer so this has helped so much with my vet bills.This is the biggest one for me. Along with dental bills.

Our employees appreciate having the Paytient card available when unexpected medical bills arise. It is easy for employees to use and HR to manage through the online portal. We get an email reminder each pay period where we can download a report that can be uploaded into our Payroll system to capture their deductions. After that, we confirm the deductions on the portal so the account balances are updated. That is it, so easy!

Our account manager Sarah is also very responsive and helpful with anything we need. In the few instances where any employee has faced issues with their Paytient card, Sarah has helped us resolve the problem quickly and seamlessly.

I truly cannot think of anything that I dislike about Paytient. If we were a larger company, I think setting up a file feed would be helpful. Currently, we do a census upload once per month, adding new employees and removing terminated employees. This may need to be handled more frequently for a larger company. For reference, we have just over 350 employees.

If you do not have the cash and you do not want to use your Health Savings Account, this is a great resource.
