I can see the number of active 365 users and how many new user can be added. I can see email analytics also. It also shows to onedrive storage limit of. So, I know how much storage is left. I can show the data of end users activities and number of files stored in the one drive storage. Overall, it provides me a clear office 365 users analytics.

This is very easy to use and the graphical representation is clear on the monitor. This feature is implemented with the admin panel. We frequently use this to maximize our benefit.

I didn't feel any disadvantage while using office 365 reports. Its a very useful tool for an organisation and as a office 365 administrator i love this tool to give me insights about services very conveniently.

Its helps us easily to keep tracks of performance and usage data of our o365 environment including email usage, licensing and availability.

Office 365 Reports is very helpful tool to use to help make sure money is being properly spent and that users have the proper security. It is better than others because it this very user friendly and the generated reports are very eye pleasing.

I do wish that my users were able to request access for data collecting purposes. May this is an option but I haven't found it yet.

What I like most about the Office 365 Reports is the timeliness of the option to report issues and difficulties. I do not have to search far to find the outlet for an issue. It is a great installment into the current software and helps companies quickly problem solve instead of outsourcing for help.

I dislike the help it can derive at times. If I cannot explain properly or do not know what my issue is then it becomes difficult for it to help me at all. The lack of personal help in place with programmed help is lacking compared to many other websites which have active chat boxes for an almost "in person" help. The Reports System cannot always be helpful and can sometimes be aggravating with in a hurry or in need of better assistance.

I would recommend users to take full advantage of the Reports systems as it creates great documentation of issues and work reports.

Office 365 Reports helps me to find solutions to common issues or crashes. I am able to use Office to solve the issue verses calling in another resource. With Office 365 Reports I feel reassured that my issue is being taken care of and because of that I can get back to the work I am trying to complete faster than if I was seeking more help elsewhere. I know my input and report are being taken care of without a doubt.
