I love this platform for its transcribing capability. I love the capability of this platform to record meeting and transcribing from the records. I love the scheduling capability of this platform. The ability of transcribing videos from URL as well as uploaded media makes this platform better. The capability to record instantly on this platform is good. The screen recording capability of this platform makes user more efficient in recording instant needs and online training sessions. I love the integration of this platform. T The platform have a user friendly interface and the onboarding of this platform is easy and secured. I love the AI of this platform as it can generate infographics and assist the user in summarizing. I feel that the pricing of this platform is also moderate.

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the processing speed on this platform was faster. I wish that the platform have more better layout and user interface.

Frankly, This platform solves three core needs for the user. The recoding have been made easy with the availability of the screen recording, live recording and meeting recording. The user can also transcribe media from the local file or uploaded URL improving the transcribing capability of the user. The AI of this platform is also useful for summarizing and breaking down the content. This feature makes the user more efficient and productive.

What I like most is the wider language support and the speed of transcription. I also really loved the recording options, and the export options are very versatile, which makes it easy to use the results in different ways.

Minimalist UI, lots of integrations and point/click basic automations, solid speaker identification (this has improved greatly over the last 6 months), and multiple output formats, including merging (slip-streaming) their built-in AI analysis with the transcription.

Currently no native support for MCPs, but you can work around this using automations from Zapier and the like. AI summaries aren't as good as other GPTs, but they have been improving.

I wish it had a lot better ability to differentiate between different voices accurately and to remember voices. And I wish it was easier to assign people before the meeting begins, even if it's an in-person meeting.
