It CAN and WILL make something out of nothing, that's for sure.
I found out about Neural.Love on an impromptu search for AI Art Apps in order to be infused with a reflexive sense of knowledge regarding various types along with their potential functionalities. I have been using Neural.Love for the past couple of days and I have been absolutely in love with it! It has a variety of abilities including uncropping photos, transforming a
static image into a five-second video based upon a set of prompt commands, and B&W photo/video colorization. While the last one was not deeply catered to my needs, I thought that it would be a good idea to play around with it using a random photo that I intentionally made black&white just to see if the colorizer could make it go back to how it originally looked. As it turns out, it only colorizes a small portion of the photo which includes nothing beyond an orange splash of overlay paint covering the subjects. I also tried the B&W video colorization feature, but the initialization process seemed way too slow for the one-minute video that I tried to use and so I just gave up. While this may not truly accomplish the unthinkable and actually convert black&white photos and videos to color versions as if they never made or shot in black&white, believe me when I say that the good substantially outweighs the bad here.

Okay, so now that we got the not-so-good news out of the way, let's talk about why this thing compelled the author to bring one more five-star review for it into existence. Allow me to start by saying that this Neural.Love truly CAN and truly WILL make something out of nothing (in the good way, that is). The idea of it being able to do something like uncrop photos sounded a little too good to be true to me and so I thought that I would experiment. Using a photo that a friend from a former job of mine shared with me of them being out on the shore with their friends, I tried out the Uncrop Photo feature and I found that it somehow had the ability to just "know" exactly what one might have seen as if one was there surrounding the area where the photo was taken. I could not believe what I was seeing. The process was not long either, roughly 15 minutes. I tried it on a screen capture from a video of another friend and like magic, it managed to recreate the look of the entire apartment based off of just a small sample of what the camera had taken. It was as impressive as it was unbelievable to find that this was even possible.

Speaking of magic, having an app like Neural.Love by your side really is like having your very own genie in that it can grant wishes, albeit for a fee. Each time, I have been paying them $86 for 500 credits which are needed to utilize a highly important and useful feature, which enables you to have static photos transformed into 5-second videos. The results are randomized and based upon a set of prompt commands, which you enter into a text box. This AI Tool is called "Convert Image To Video" and all one must do is import an image from one's PC or external drives, tell the AI which actions you desire to see based off of what is depicted in the image, and for an average of 12 credits and 12 minutes, it will generate a result, which will be a playable 5-second video based solely off of what the AI "saw" and described in the image, which it does in a separate box called "prompt engineering," in conjunction with the user's commands. For instance, if a scene from an online video or movie starts to show something interesting that was about to happen only to have it not shown or cut out right before the moment in the video or movie where you would have seen it, Neural.Love can help with that and it requires little more than the ability to take a screen capture from a video, some intermediate knowledge of photo editing using an app like Paintshop Pro, GIMP, Photoshop, etc, and a carefully-worded set of prompt commands. Together, they make an enormous difference in whether or not one gets the video that one desires, especially given that the results are randomized with each trial. What this means is that there is a highly slim chance that one would get the exact same video with a follow-up trial, even the prompt engineering field text exactly matches that of the previous trial.

With enough trial-and-error, Neural.Love's AI artist can really create some beautiful work for the user using Image-To-Video Converter. It is also fun to see what one can obtain combining that feature with Uncrop Image, especially if one factors in intermediate knowledge of photo editing. It is important to know that your request can be denied, and there are times when you may be greeted with an "internal server" error shortly after you click "Generate." In both cases, it will refund your credits. However, in MOST cases, you CAN get the video that you desire with the help of this app and be in for a quite a (pleasant) surprise. I know I was.
