"Unbeatable competitive research"
What do you like best?

Nacho enables us to better understand the acquisition strategy of our competitors. Getting access to their GA data is amazing, we can get more insight into the channels and campaigns they are using. We can also see the relative conversion data and understand which of their channels work better than others.

What do you dislike?

- The conversion data is far from accurate

- For every new competitor we need to create new segments and goals

- The goals and metrics are populating mostly for big websites, for small ones the amount of data is very limited

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The only advice I have if you’re considering - take it. Might be the 100$ best spent in your entire software budget.

- You can get incredibly valuable insights and understand how your competitors get customers

- Invaluable insights for executive and investor reporting, helps you stand out big time

- They don’t have competitors, it’s actually a unique new technology

"Great Experience Using Nacho"
What do you like best?

Very powerful tool that help my company determine the best strategy for SEO development on our website. The interface was very user friendly and the support staff was always available to help us out.

What do you dislike?

The price was a little steep but we are happy with the service. We eventually had to disconnect the service due to budgetary issues.

"It's like a legal hidden camera pointed at the turnstiles of your competitors entrance!"
What do you like best?

It's great to get a solid approximation of what your competition is up to. Where they get their traffic, potential ideas for marketing campaigns. Keywords to try, and with enough insight, even keywords to stay away from!

What do you dislike?

Marketing metrics matter. That is a fact. This is obvious but where Nacho could really shine is more training around why we should care about certain metrics over others. The platform seems robust enough to satisfy any market analyst, (assuming you've allowed sufficient time for the data to accumulate so as to become meaningful, but the problem becomes trying to understand this fire hose of data. It seems to me that the team at Nacho has started to focus more on broad SEO training, but from my perspective they could use much more focus in this area. The bottom line: You can charge what you are charging to offer up the information you have, or you can charge what you want to offer up the information that you have AND teach us why it's important and how to wield it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work to somewhat understand how the data Nacho Analytics provides is aggregated. There is no magic going on, just a very clever way of collecting and displaying web analytics. Completely above board and really quite genius. Because of this, the bigger the site and web traffic, the more accurate their numbers will be. Nacho Isn't for peeking into the web traffic of your buddy Ricky's Rod and Tackle website. The bigger you aim, the better the result.

"Nacho Analytics Makes Them Your Analytics Too"
What do you like best?

You get a sniff but not too much so you don't have to have a shower after. Easy to setup and implement multiple websites quickly. You don't have to be an expert or hire a company to do the setup.

What do you dislike?

Not quite sure how accurate it is. Other than that it seems quite good so far. Metrics are vague and limited and it appears to be working but you are never really sure. Seems like some of the traffic counts might not fully counting or reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't take it for granted but it is a great snapshot into competitors. Make sure you set up the right domains that you want to track and let it soak for a few days before you start to see real data show up in the dashboard. Create a separate account/view/property for this experiment and if you like the results than consider using the paid version of the product.

Competitor analysis, which referral source and mediums are performing well. Basic KPI's and Metrics are uncovered as well so you can get a sense of time on site, pages per session and bounce rates..

NachoAnalytics gives you the ability to look deep within the marketing expertise of companies doing hundreds of millions of dollars - in your industry, or any industry - giving you insights to drive your own marketing and growth.

What do you dislike?

If you're not a Google Analytics power user, the best insights don't come easily. But they are there to be found, and NachoAnalytics provides in-depth training on how to uncover them.

Extremely useful - immediately - if you are a Google Analytics power user. If not, be prepared to do some training, and the benefits of NachoAnalytics will be realized.

"It really does lift the curtain on the internet"
What do you like best?

That it's essentially limitless when it comes to the things you can do with this data.

What do you dislike?

It's hard to find a con, if they can make it truly real-time then that would make it even better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

More analytics platforms! I'm not a fan of Google Analytics and would like to slice and dice this data inside of our proprietary platform or at the very least Adobe or Matomo. Even a public API would be fine.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Nacho is proving to be much more than just a competitive intelligence tool for marketers. I just used it to deconstruct car listings on AutoTrader to determine what elements cause users to click on ads, or more accurately put, what causes certain ads to perform better than others. I'm finding uses for this tool in both business and my personal life.

"So far so good"
What do you like best?

I like how easy Nacho Analytics is to use. I saw an ad on social media, and it sucked me in.

What do you dislike?

I wish the trial was longer so I could've dug in a little more before committing. I only committed out of necessity because I wasn't able to get it done during the trial time.

Researching competitors for my clients. I've realized that this is a new tool, and I may be ahead of some of my competitors by being an early adopter.

"A great "under the hood" view of competitor analytics"
What do you like best?

The best part of Nacho Analytics is the level of access to data that is not accessible anywhere else.

What do you dislike?

The user interface and connectivity were spotty at first. I was not able to view or pull analytics for competitors that were smaller and felt like only the very largest sites that were not relevant were working. The connection and instructions to view the GA data could be presented in an easier way to manage.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would highly recommend Nacho Analytics just for the curiosity factor to viewing competitor or general interest analytics from other websites. There are key insights that can be pulled from viewing this data and it's great to keep on top of new emerging technologies and their capabilities

We are curious to see the channel, source and medium mix of our competitor's analytics.
