After using Mosaic, our team has been able to become much more efficient. We can look up billing history on similar job types so when taking on a new project we can price them very accurately. We can track tasks and assign tasks with dates so employees are accountable for their items. Scheduling projects is a huge help for ensuring the team makes deadlines. Timesheets and the AI used to predict entries are super helpful and save a ton of time. It is intuitive, easy to use, and the user interface looks great. Got us out of using spreadsheets.

I have been a user of Mosaic since it first came out and the software has been updated based on the feedback I have sent in. The team seems to be very good about making updates based on user feedback.

Honestly, not much. I didn't get to use it long enough to truly nitpick. It did a great job for workload planning while I worked at an agency.

Mosaic software is web based software, which allows users to use it in specific Internet applications due to compatibility issues. It won't work in all browsers.

Mosaic basically have an inbuilt template where it captures the plate layout for the compounds which is scientists gonna use and assign the compounds plated in exact location

Nothing really when i am using it personally. Once it gets to coordinating with others it can be a pain but i wouldnt blame that on the app- its more of a people problem

Make sure that whatever discussions happen in person are reflected in mosaic- its really easy to update projects so take advantage so all of your coworkers can stag up to date as well without getting lost in a sea of emails
