Simple to use, Powerful results!

What do you like best about MarketMan?

Managing inventory is now a breeze with all the built in functionality that MarketMan offers. We have a 3 location chain and each location is able to simply do their inventory counts, upload their invoices and have COGS reporting in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about MarketMan?

Sometimes I just wish it could do more but once you give the MarketMan team some feedback and the time, they will sort you out. Their support is some of the best I've experienced.

What problems is MarketMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

MarketMan mainly saves me time and headache each month with its functionality and reporting. We have 3 stores and managing the inventory and getting accurate COGS reports could be extremely challenging but with MarketMan we are able to do so in a timely manner.

Great inventory and cost control system for Restaurants

What do you like best about MarketMan?

Marketman has given Los Tacos the tools to give better information to our restaurant managers to do their job better. We are now able to tell them exactly which products we are having issues with instead of giving them broad information like "your food cost is high". Now we can let the managers know which specific products are the issue.

What do you dislike about MarketMan?

There isn't a whole lot to dislike about Marketman. I would say it was tough getting the system up and running because it takes a lot of time and energy to implement everything you need into the system in order for it to give you accurate data back, but that is how it is with any inventory/cost control system.

What problems is MarketMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it has solved for us is pinpointing why the food cost is high in the restaurant. Before Marketman we were only able to know that it was high and only guess what the problem was.

I have to be honest, I haven't found anything to dislike yet. If I am to pick anything it would be that there are so many uses and options that at times it van be a little over whelming. But their support team is very helpful.

It is helping with my ordering, my inventory process, figuring out my food costs. It has greatly improved my accuracy and productiity.

New technology saving so much and labor

What do you like best about MarketMan?

The flexibility of their software fits our business in all aspects. We have a commissary that dispatches to branches and both use Marketman to communicate to each other.

What do you dislike about MarketMan?

Setting up is very tedious and time-consuming. Luckily, the setup is only once.

MarketMan is helping us cost our recipes at the most updated prices from our suppliers and helps us keep track of inventory.
