multi line claims handling by account typical majesco product as far as usefulness

centralization of claims information/notes/diary. Document upload is pretty self explanatory, but can take an unnecessary amount of time to input.

What do you dislike about Majesco Claims for P&C?

user interface just has a lot going on and really appears to be information overload. A lot of unnecessary functions/links that just complicate the user experience.

plethora of claims handling software and applications out there with more simplified interfaces and uploading features which would facilitate the whole process
