Very good session with Cristina

Had a very good session with Cristina, who was clear, helpful in showing how to setup Lodgify. We covered a lot of ground in a relatively short space of time. She also helped to do the initial connection to Booking.com.

Hung was superb

Hung was superb as an initial guide to the Lodgify site. He took a real interest in advancing my knowledge and solving my questions as quickly as he could. I was super impressed with his speed, accuracy, ability to diagnose and interpret the issues and questions I faced. I have not met such an experienced tech support officer in a very long time. I highly recommend him to anyone new to Lodgify.

Great tool to safe time in managing your vacation properties.
The support team is very kind and solves problems asap. The onboarding to Lodgify is outstanding, very detailed and structured with personal video calls. Special thanks to Hung who showed me all the key functions and helped me alot with the basic setup for our properties.
