Quick Question/Quick Answer
I submitted a short quick, question to Theo and he answered right away. I'm not sure he should have been the one to reach out to, but he answered anyway.

While the answer wasn't what I was hoping for, Theo was able to offer other potential solutions to accommodate. It's nice to other options when the first option isn't available.

Efficient, diligent and helpful.
During the on-site installation, the team was very diligent in contacting me and setting up dates for install. This heavily gave me ease of mind. During the install they were very attentive and knowledgable. When issues occured, it seemed very seemless to contact anyone for support or problem solving.

Training in using the back office was very clear and well presented. I am now able to us the back office with relatively no issues.

To this day I am still being checked on. To see if there are any issues or if we need help. This really makes me feel, as a client, that I'm still important even after all the training and in-house installation.

Elijah was really great! We were a little weary at first on switching our POS system but Elijah was really good to answer all of our questions and hold our hands through the process. He was great to take our calls at all times of the day. Set up was very easy, quick and user friendly.
