What do you like best?
Interface, cloud based, search functions are some of my favorite features. I also like how easy it is to share, give permissions, and so on. I think their customer service is incredible, the sale process was not pushy but helpful, always seemed to be trying to help not up-sell a product we did not need. I am a mega fan, I recommend Photoshelter to every colleague I have in Higher education and professional photographers. I enjoy using the app, to upload on the fly, the desktop uploaded is great for batch uploads. I think the app could be improved for mobile so from my phone I can change permissions and share galleries.
What do you dislike?
Pricing can be limiting but it is worth it in the end. The pricing can be tough to put out during tough times like 2020. I would like to see more of a higher education discount. I don't really have any major issues which speaks to how well you all have done with your company. I say market more and keep doing what you do.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
we are using Photoshelter for sharing, organized archiving of thousands of images and video for our campus to quickly and accurately access, download and share. Photoshelter is a smooth interface that I can not say enough about. The benefits are that my workflow is more efficient and speedy. I am able to work on location, on campus and from home with ease. I am also able to give permission to users to also use Photoshelter to its ability.
