What do you like best about LEVELSET?Levelset has helped us automate our lien processing. Before, we hand-jammed everything, and as a GC, paying our subs was very inefficient. Levelset has helped us reduce the time we spend processing liens by at least 70%.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?I couldn't find a section to give a shout-out, and since I have no dislikes... The Levelset team was a HUGE help in setting up the software. I am very new to my industry and was intimidated. Barrett with levelset was THE reason we got it set up well and why im doing this review. Thank you, Levelset!!What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?Levelset is eliminating human error in completing conditional and unconditional lien waivers, preliens, and mechanics' liens (rarely needed, thankfully).

The research that Scout does is amazing.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?It took a while to get used to navigating the site.What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?Keeping up on all of the different laws in different states.

What do you like best about LEVELSET?As a user of the platform, the most helpful aspect is definitely the people. I have NEVER called and gotten a half-hearted response from anyone I've spoken with. From the front-end sales to the customer support, every area knows their product, knows how to support it, and knows their customers and the needs they are likely to have. No question brought to them has ever received a frustrated answer, and believe me, I struggle retaining what I've been shown or told just once, so I know what it feels like for people to become frustrated. I have NEVER experienced that with anyone from the LEVELSET team.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?I'm a return user after being away from the LEVELSET for a year or so, and maybe I'm not recalling this issue perfectly, but it seems there was a way to edit information already entered, but the edit button was sort of hidden inside of something else. It always took me two or three tries to find that edit button. I often felt it could probably have been a little cleaner or at least more straightforward to find the edit.Recommendations to others considering LEVELSET?LEVELSET is assisting Sentry with filing a lien on a project in Kansas. As I mentioned previously, our company had been satisfied users in the past, but due to a shortage of work, we made the tough choice not to renew our subscription with LEVELSET. During that time, I continued to use their free online resources to research requirements in different states and to manually monitor jobs where we were concerned about payment. The project for which LEVELSET is now helping us file a lien was one where I had already conducted my own research using their free tools. This allowed us to keep track of the situation and, when the need arose, return to a subscription in order to file the necessary lien. What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about LEVELSET?I appreciate the support and guidance received throughout the implementation process. The system is easy to navigate and has access to resources from anywhere on the site. Our implementation manager, Sarah Lubow, made the learning experience fun and informative.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?I have to remember to login regularly to adjust deadlines as project deadlines change.What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?This program allows us in the office to save valuable time. Instead of researching everyone that needs to be included in notices the research team at Levelset now completes this process for us. It also saves us the time we spend regularly at the post office mailing notices. The bookkeeping team now has more time back in our day to work on other important day-to-day tasks. We know our jobs and payment for these jobs are being protected.

What do you like best about LEVELSET?I think it is helpful that we can be able to see the deadlines What do you dislike about LEVELSET?Shanna Hunt & Katherine Voelker are AMAZING!!!! They are so helpful and on top of things, they sent over the link! I would NOT be able to do what I do without either one!! :)Recommendations to others considering LEVELSET?I do not like that we are prompted to send notices 1 to 2 months in advance but it makes you feel like you are late. Slightly stressful!What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?They are helping make sure that we are meeting all deadlines on time

What do you like best about LEVELSET?The assistance and knowledge from Carli and Sarah. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?With my current experience, I do not a negative thing to say.What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?By sending out intent to lien notices.

What do you like best about LEVELSET?That you send your data to them and they do most of the uploading and footwork.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?It's a bummer that it is on the East Coast. I wish it was on the West Coast.What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?Helping me with managing and sending prelims, notices of intent and sometimes liens.

What do you like best about LEVELSET?Upsides of using Levelset are the automated reminders, to help you keep on track (for preliminary notices & collections). I have enjoyed the ease of implementation and it is user friendly once you get through onboarding. I work on Levelset daily to keep track of multiple items. Customer support (sales, onboarding & customer service) have all been fantastic.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?There is not much that I have experienced that I do not like. Documents are kept in order, reminders are showing each day, customer support is quick to respond.Recommendations to others considering LEVELSET?As a business, sometimes we run into issues with NTO deadlines, and protecting our jobs in a timely manner. What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about LEVELSET?I am always very impressed with how easy it is to use the Levelset dashboard and getting in touch with staff members when I need help is never a hassle.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?There are no downsides to using Levelset.What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?One of my favorite features is deadline tracking. It gives an accurate glimpse all in one place of my upcoming deadlines.

What do you like best about LEVELSET?The people at level set are awesome, every time I needed help with anything Christian Doucet was so polite and easy to contact he was very responsive with anything we needed. I ran into problems and he was quick to walk me thru the entire thing.What do you dislike about LEVELSET?There really is not a downside when you have awesome people working for you.What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you?There is not a specific problem but I'm a new user so with the help of Christian Doucet its going by so smoothly.
