I like that LearnWorlds provides me with a fully functional website where I can offer my students self-study resources and a community chat. The team is responsive and professional, and they really care about what they are doing. The platform is easy to use and is constantly being improved, so I can offer more value to my students. The initial setup is easy, and understanding the widgets is straightforward. Although it takes time to fully customize everything, the overall ease of use is a big plus.

I find the releases often come out in big batches and are still in Beta state when made live. I find it easy to set up and understand the widgets, but it takes time for me to fully customize.

I love how LearnWorlds makes it easy to organize our course in clean modules and assessments. The platform is really configurable, giving us a huge amount of flexibility about how to lay out our course. It's allowed us to deploy our course in a drip feed format, which is fantastic for our learners. The support provided by the team whenever I run into a problem has been second to none. Getting everything set up was really easy, and the help documentation is very good.

There are a lot of unique and user friendly features. The system is very customizeable.

There is so much you can do that there is a bit of a learning curve.

Sending automated emails to clients, being able to mark people as complete in the training, being able to login as the user to see what they're seeing, and more

I like the sleek, modern, easy to configure aspect of the platform. It is very easy as an admin to to set up pages without using code. I also like the modern features - like lesson markers, ai, and reporting

I do wish there were more options for quiz questions. Also, I find the Ebooks a bit "basic" in appearance and wish I could create reusable templates for those

I transitioned from a different platform to LearnWorlds, and it solved so many headaches for me. I love that LearnWorlds allows the ability to purchase more than one course at a time and purchase licenses for courses so directors can purchase for their staff. The custom certificates and tagging features are great. I appreciate how everything, including my business's front end website and backend courses, is all in one place now. The customer service has been amazing and fast, always has the answers. I find the AI bot helpful as it gives answers to my questions and even generates pictures for problem-solving. The platform is easy to use, and I love the different ways a course can be customized and has so much interaction. The customization LearnWorlds offers and the cart features are a big motivator for the switch. The initial setup was easy; I just watched some videos and figured it out.

I need the feature that Live Virtual trainings are tax-exempt, meaning the live virtual training is $30 and none of that price includes tax or has tax added. Where I live, people do not have to pay taxes on live virtual trainings. I also wish captions in multiple languages were easier, like a button you can toggle on/off for each language.

I solved many headaches with LearnWorlds by allowing me to set up multiple course purchases, offer course licenses, customize certificates, and use a great UI integrating my website and courses.

It's just amazing to find an all-in-one platform that delivers such high quality, they've really raised the bar and I love not having to compromise on the product we deliver because of software limitations.

There isn't a simple way to export and backup courses, it's something we can work around but I'm hoping for SCORM to eventually get integrated

There are limitations to using custom code. There can be templates.

I am not an L&D professional, but have familiarity with HR and training more broadly. The platform is very intuitive and does not feel too "niche".

When moving quickly between tasks, like updating multiple course activities, the load time can be slow.

LearnWorlds is our product knowledge base and central repository for client-facing and internal documentation, assisting with training new client admins during implementation and support. It gives the ability to train client admins across multiple methods (video, job aids/step-by-step guides, informational and text based learning).
