I find LearnWorlds easy and intuitive to use, and the team responds quickly when I have issues. It makes delivering courses to students across Canada easy and hassle-free. I can easily import lessons from PDFs and other files, create activities and self-graded exams, and use automated AI grading for written assignments. Creating and importing content is simple, and I don’t need many days of learning before knowing how to use the platform. It makes creating courses easy, helps me deliver a better product faster, and keeps the back-end work to manage a course with lots of online students minimal. Setup is very easy and intuitive, and I can customize my school’s LearnWorlds domain and landing page to look and feel like our website, including the same color scheme. I find LearnWorlds comprehensive and it has all the features I need. After researching platforms, we found it to be the best and one of the cheapest.

Formatting text could use more features/greater functionality.

The convenience of linking LearnWorlds to my existing website has been a great addition to my setup.

I guess there's really nothing major that doesn't work well for me with LearnWorlds, except I would like to be able to do simulated training, which isn't currently available. That would be a great addition if they could implement it.

I really appreciate the customer service at LearnWorlds; it's been incredible and every time I've reached out, they've been expedient and gone above and beyond, even when they didn't have something yet but were working on it. It's been impressive to see them continue innovating and growing over the years, keeping on building and improving. The features are great and the growth is exciting to watch. It's a very cost-effective method for what I need. The integration of features like the website builder and a mobile app is powerful, and while I haven't delved too deeply into the mobile app yet, I'm thankful for the seamless course integrations. These tools have helped me deliver top-quality critical care education. They also came with loads of features already, and have kept innovating, making it an easy choice to switch from a smaller feature-laden group.

There are a few things that could use some improvement. The AI functionality is one area that hasn't quite hit the mark for me yet. It seems like the AI is still learning, and when I use it to build something, I often find myself going back to recreate it on my own. I think it could be better at understanding and generating prompts, but I know this is a developing feature. Also, regarding the mobile app, I want my customers to be able to view their progress and certificates more easily. I'm not sure if this feature is available yet, as I haven't checked the app in a while, but it would be a valuable addition. The feature upgrade for groups or nodes could be expanded as well, allowing for more scalability in user organization.

LearnWorlds lets me seamlessly build versatile LMS platforms and control my website. Its features enable me to deliver top-notch critical care education with ease. The integration of courses, website builder, and mobile app enhances the experience significantly.

Many features and almost everything can be customized, which makes it very easy to configure it the way you like.

Pricing might be a bit high, moreover if you have multiple schools.

Learnworlds allowed me to closely monitor time spent by each student on each course, which is a legal requirement for me.

We love how it has improved communications with our students. Daily tracking of student activity is vital to our programs and the reporting options help us see where all students are in the push of a button. Student daily performance has improved. Course building and scorm intergraitions are seemless. Support and pricing for such a diverse platform has given us the ability to take our course to a higher performance level.

The website creation has a bit of a learning curve. It is challenge at times to know what is the right widget to apply in certain areas. Although the templates are useful, they are sometimes constricting when you want to add a little design freedom.

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike about LearnWorlds. So far, the platform has met my needs well and I haven’t experienced any major issues.

LearnWorlds helps us track learners’ progress in detail and manage the entire learning journey more effectively. The integrations with tools such as calendars and Microsoft Teams are also very useful. I also appreciate the ability to send targeted mass emails by filtering users through tags, which makes communication much more efficient.

The flexibility offered by the software: whether it's creating pages, hosting content, or e-commerce modules. It's really comprehensive for anyone who wants to launch a training course or a training organization.

Some components are not customizable. Additionally, some pages contain elements in English that cannot be modified, and therefore cannot be translated or replaced in French.

Integration with Zoom makes video conferences very smooth. The e-commerce section is also convenient, with the option to offer installment payments when connecting to Stripe.

I love their customer support, which is top tier. I always receive quick replies, and they always solve my issues. When I first joined LearnWorlds, the platform was very simple to understand and get by. We've been going strong and love it!

We do come across a lot of glitches, especially in the videos, but nothing too drastic. For example, when we are uploading videos to our courses and adding chapters, images, or pop-up quizzes, the timing is never correct once we preview the video.
