Sometimes it feels limiting when you want advanced conditional logic or dynamic content without jumping into JavaScript. Also, the bot preview occasionally bugs out during editing. More real-time support or tutorials for complex use cases would help.

Kurz nachdem ich mich bei Landbot registriert hatte, kam die Einladung des Supports, mich bei Herausforderungen zu unterstützen. Das hat ganz klar dazu geführt, dass wir das Produkt auch weiterhin genutzt haben und ein Upgrade vorgenommen haben.

Der Support per Video-Call war sehr freundlich, kompetent und geradlinig. Landbot können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wir sind echt begeistert.

Es könnten noch mehr Integrationen zu anderen Tools bereitgestellt werden, wie z.B. zu Microsoft-Produkten (z.B. Sharepoint)

The learning curve is fast. The graphical user interface is easy to understand and use. You can build complex decision trees with real interaction with users. The "Analyze" section allows you to review user interactions and adjust your tree (branches) and information.

Using and integrating real AI into decision trees demand expertise which is normal . Hopefully, Landbot team is there to help.

A customer or prospect always lands on your website with a specific motivation. If you can intercept and start a conversation with this person to qualify is motivation (prequalification) and direct him directly to the right product or services you get a new customer. Landbot allows you to test and implement the full qualification process.

My first time using it and it's super easy. It seems like everything forward like customer service will be great too. Landbot will be my main/default go-to tool for creating bots. Very straightforward process of creating a bot. I do lean on Chat GPT to walk me through some steps, but the actual building process is quite amazing.

Being new to this AI stuff it's always important to give clear directions. The gentleman in the videos has a thick accent (I'm American). Can they have another voice speak for Him? It would be very helpful.
