The most helpful about jobsoid is that you can post a job and you can spread it to Indeed, etc to get more qualified candidates. You can set-up any questions for candidates to answer, as well as have them upload a video if you wish. You can assign different jobs to managers to review resumes so they can accept or deny the candidates.
There isn't much that I dislike about jobsoid but if I had to pick one thing it would be finding prior jobs posted it takes a few steps to find. Also the generic candidate response if sopmeone isn't going to be hired.
Organizing numerous resumes received to jobs, as opposed to getting them via email and getting lost in the email system. I really like and appreciate that. Keeps candidate resumes organized and you can even put those important ones on the side in which you don't have a position for as of yet. It helps keep recruiting organized and clean.

It is a platform very easy to use, its interface is very intuitive, the board reflects graphics that collects information and cause a pleasant visual impact, now with respect to its operation is very effective, allows publication in social networks, so it expands the dissemination of our requirement as a company and we get more postulates, in addition to the whole process is done automatically so the system will make the selection of the most suitable candidates for a particular position, or the vacancy offered, through this tool we can. to manage the sheets of lives or curriculum, programming of interviews and the sending of invitations by electronic mail to the candidates or postulates, besides it allows that the members of our work team (the department of human resources of our company) we can save time when processing the applications through the different available filters. It has a very affordable price and another aspect to highlight is that the application has a mobile version and desktop both very good and functional, so you can access information from anywhere.
For some inexperienced users it can be overwhelming, due to the great variety of functions that integrate it, in our case part of our staff required training because their learning curve was not easily assimilated, on the other hand I would like to develop other notifications or alerts of new postulates through other options than the internal mail that hosts the platform.
