The Best AI Writing Experience

I don't have the gift of writing articles, and Jasper creates professional articles that I can control using Jasper Chat. I've tried other apps and I'm not satisfied with them. Jasper keeps on improving its app., which you can add SurferSEO to your Jasper console. I'm going to try Surfer...Thanks!

Review based on Customer Service

Edited 5.17.25 I am changing this from my 2 start to a 5 star based on the following information. After posting this review I took a deeper dive into how to reach customer support and found an email address. I received prompt response and had a full refund credited back to me within an hour of my email. I can' task for better than that. I do recommend NOT using their chat feature for help if you don't find quick responsiveness. But I am satisfied that they did understand my situation and were quick to cancel my subscription and refund my money. My rating is based on that customer service interaction. I did not get a full opportunity to deep dive into the tool itself.

I initially subscribed to explore the platform for professional use. However, before I could fully evaluate its capabilities, a significant shift in priorities required me to step away from the exploration. Nine months later—having forgotten about the subscription—I received a renewal charge of $500 for another year of service, despite no longer being with the company or having a need for the product.

I attempted to contact support immediately upon seeing the charge, but found no phone number available—only a chat feature. It has now been over 24 hours with no response. This lack of customer service is disappointing and suggests a low priority on customer experience. When I am ready to invest in a tool like this again, I will be seeking a provider that demonstrates a stronger commitment to supporting its users. Unfortunately, Jasper has not met that standard.

While the platform is fantastic and one of the best AI writing tools I've used, their customer service truly sets them apart.

I've been a customer for over a year now and don't even test other tools anymore because none compare.

What do you like best about Jasper?

i think that the most helpful thing about Jasper is that it allows me to begin writing and actually get some content on paper that I can easily edit. I think jasper compares well with other AI content generators.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

I think the least helpful thing about Jasper is that I need to be quite specific about my topic to get the best results but it is not too difficult to work around this.

What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jasper helps me to create content for my articles based on my input. It also help me formulate the emails to my database. This makes it much easier for me to market my Online and In-person teaching courses that I have created on the health benefits of various types of posture, movement, breathing and mindfulness to a broader audience more effectively.

How quickly you can create a blog, landing page or social media text. The perfect tool when you have a creative block or need a quick rewrite.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Content can be a bit off and repetitious and I would like all the tools to be included in the price e.g. the art tool

What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating content on multiple topics and industries. Jasper has helped us do this more efficiently, both in creative ideas and speed.

"unbelivable way to become more productive"

Once you get to understand how to put Jasper in context with what you want, the speed of getting things done are positively overwhealming

To be honest there isn't anything I dislike, but I have found a way that at least works with me which is using only chat an provide jasper with as many detail as possible so it delivers 95% of the times exactly what I need. The thing even disagrees and suggests how to deliver things in order to make them more human/relevant/etc

Not having to hire poor quality content writers who don't deliver on time with poor quality of their work
