What do you like best about Integrately?Integrately made it easy to connect our tools without any code. When someone bought one of our online courses on Digistore24, the confirmation email and the follow-up steps ran automatically – for years, very reliably. Many automations are ready with one click, and the support team always answered quickly and was genuinely helpful.What do you dislike about Integrately?Nothing major. As our setup grew, we moved all our workflows to one self-hosted platform where most of our automations already run, so keeping a second tool for a handful of automations no longer made sense for us. For very complex, multi-step logic, a developer-oriented tool offers more flexibility.What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?It saved us a lot of manual work after every course purchase and kept our community sign-ups and cancellations in sync – without us having to write code.

What do you like best about Integrately?Their customer support for both Intergately and APPER is very good. Fast to respond on the chat, and when I had a issue with APPER one of their technical team members (Vishnu Jiji) set up a live call for me, supporting me every step of the way. What do you like best about Integrately?What stood out to me first was the onboarding. I signed up and then left it for a while, because I was unsure where to start and what I needed to have ready beforehand. A support tech reached out and offered to help, and from there I got excellent guidance through the entire process, all the way until the integration was up and running. The support felt patient, but also genuinely present and friendly.What do you dislike about Integrately?Can't think of anything I dislike from my experience so far.What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?We set out to connect a website, Excel, and Sharepoint to manage warranty claims for a client, and Integrately is what ties it all together. The result is a streamlined process where information arrives in the right place and is logged for future follow-up.
