The best thing about this tool is that it is super intuitive, interactive and most importantly it just helps me to keep order in the chaos of all the tasks my team is working on.

Firstly, it helps me to manage dependencies between the tasks, i.e. I can see which task is holding another one and then another one, so basically it helps me to unravel the tangle of all the tasks my teams has and thus set priorities to successfully complete the project on time.

I would love to see a more detailed breakdown of the project main tasks and sub tasks. Sure easy to use and undersatnd. I love how easy it is to present project statuses and share statuses using Instagantt.

I have been using Instagantt for about 3 years now and I have never had a problem with it.

It help make tracking an monitoring the statuses of each project. It also help when presenting each status since it give a percentage of each tasks and sub tasks.

Instagantt is a bereeze to use. I've used a lot of different online project management tools and found that Instagantt stays true to how traditional project management works. Other tools have really frustrated me when all I need is an online Gantt chart that I can easily share with my team and Instagantt does just that.

Like all project planning systems, the screen real estate is generally overwhelmed with options so if you don;t switch off what you don;t need to see then it quickly gets cluttered and a little confusing

You can't go wrong by giving Instagantt a try. If you need a collaborative Gantt chart solution that is accessible to your team then this solution must be considered.

I'm able to keep a geographically diverse project team on track with Instagantt. we can easily plan out our projects and everybody can see what is expected by when. Not having to purchase additional software and expensive tools for all of the team has helped us save as well.

It has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy to adopt its usage, connect and track my project, I also enjoy its several options of combining multiple projects and sharing them with my client.

The link to open a new task sometimes does not work nor does opening the specific task that has been notified moreover when I use PDF for exportation it does not make clear PDF or images.

I highly recommend anyone and any company to use it, it's user-friendly and has a low budget.

Its ability to share my project with my clients is a beneficial thing to me it makes me save time and be more productive thus having efficiency in each of my projects.

There is a bit of a rabbit hole once you've got sucked into the power that's Instagantt. But once you've mastered it, it becomes second nature and an absolute gem of a tool that I could never do without again.

Please, stop and consider your process.

I can manage tasks by category with subtasks to any level. The user interface is intuitive and laid out the way I work. It is easy to create dependencies among tasks. A tasks can have multiple dependencies. The package computes the critical path. I can track costs. Costs are summed at all levels. Tasks can be grouped into sections. Tasks can be converted into milestones and vice-versa. Multiple people can collaboratively work on projects. The impact of workload is shown by person across time. It is easy to move tasks around to different parents and sections.

I would like the ability to add custom fields. Hyperlinks can be added into descriptions but they are not active hyperlinks. They must be copied and pasted into the browser. The descriptions cannot be formatted.

The best way to select a package is to use it for several days. The key selling points for Instagantt were the user interface, workflow, ability to handle costs, automatic scheduling of dependent tasks, and computation of critical path. Critical path keeps you focused on what is important.

I need a single place to store all my projects and tasks, current and backlog. Instagantt works well, It is full featured and lightweight enough to use as my primary place to store information. So I not longer have multiple lists with different levels of detail, e.g., Microsoft Project for large projects and Workflowy for short tasks.
