Inky is quite modern and very useful for security of phishing and spam mails

Need more features other than just notifying the threat

We were able to consolidate the tools that we were using down to one tool with equal, if not greater, protection. Less tools to manage is always a positive for an MSP

The banners and individual block lists provided by INKY are easily understood by our staff.

INKY does not always recognize legitimate mail. It has both a false positive rate and a false negative rate that will vary from one organization to another. INKY may send junk or threats to destinations or folders other than the primary inbox if the options are configured and staff may miss important messages from external sources.

Senior Leadership was pleased with INKY and the visibility it provided them for spotting potential threats. Staff found the individual block lists and the large banners helpful. INKY has increased staff awareness of phishing and other email threats and reduced our overall risk exposure through email.

Inky is very good to catch emails that attempt to do phishing on our network.

So far, I haven't dislike anything about Inky

Inky provides a great entry into security awareness training for the business class. Easy to use, extremely customizable, and user-friendly -- the user experience is guided by admin design, and clear logging makes investigations quick and painless.

By design, the multi-tenant interface is easy to use but allows admins to have full read access to all connected email accounts. There's no logging to identify what admins are viewing or settings to prevent admin access from email body content

Inky offers an easy and flexible dashboard to manage email threats and educate end-users about safe emailing practices.

The ease to set up and the lack of end-user intervention

There are no banners for internal emails.

Solving the end-user issue. Not having end-users think about whether the email is good or bad. I have seen a reduction in calls from customers concerned about possibly responding to bad emails

Computer vision looking at zero day social engineering attacks and stopping them before users see them.

Remediation only works in one direction, out of the mailbox. Running into false positives puts the burden on the user to retrieve their email from user quarantine.

Zero day phishing attacks coming from trusted accounts through BEC can be caught.

The extensive feature set for securing communications from both internal and external sources. The system is user friendly and has tools to help educate users on email security problems. It works well with Office 365 setups.

Lack of support for Linux systems and aplications.

The system worked great for help to secure and encrypt email messages containing sensitive client information.

Inky trains users by color coding emails according to whether the content is phishing or suspected to be; it's AI engine learns about our mai traffic and adjusts accordingly.

In the past, some times emails may slip through and not be categorized. This has been corrected.

Protecting the infrastructure from malware, ransomware, credential theft and training employees to pay attention to the Inky banners to discern what mai is dangerous

The customisation of banners and its detection rates are some of the best in business, support is very good and knowledgable.

THe dashboard is not the best in the world, its a fair few clicks to get a live overview of emails incomgin or outgoing and more clicks to drill down to clients. Not overly intutive.

Inky is a great API based anti-spam/phishing product and we were looking for a third party product to take over anti-spam from EOP, we really like the customisble banners that brings furhter brand awareness but also educates the customer on the type of email coming through.
