I really appreciate how the support staff at Inecta Food are very responsive and have in-depth knowledge of the system. They are very mindful of time and mission-critical processes, providing timely support, which is crucial for any business with deadlines. Additionally, Inecta Food supports many integrations, including plant processing systems, ERP, traceability, print servers, and Power BI, which helps in creating a seamless workflow.

As in any business sometimes employees come and go, it would be nice to have the same people that helped launch the system stay around after the fact. But Inecta team can't control employee retention rates. The initial setup was lengthy, but we have a complex business.

Inecta Food helped us migrate from an old AS400 system to a Microsoft-based ERP and provides timely support for mission-critical processes.

I like Inecta Food for their combination of a solid platform and excellent customer service. Their project management team is very responsive and understands our business well, having worked with us since 2019. If the system goes down, they're immediately responsive, which is great. The system is also flexible, allowing us to customize it when needed. They always strive to find the most native solution to optimize our cost and spending on the system, making them a really great partner.

I don't have many complaints about Inecta Food as it mostly meets all our needs. However, the reporting and extraction of financial data could use a refresh/update. This is however easily solved for as Business Central/Inecta is seamlessly integrated with MS Excel so all we need to do is run a few quick exports to get the data in the necessary format.

We use Inecta Food for sales planning, procurement, and traceability of perishable products. It integrates with tools like Toast, Gusto and FedEx, streamlines shipping and tracking, making it an excellent platform for our business operations.

I really enjoyed working with their implementation team. They did a very good job of showing us all of the various ways to setup the software to cover our operational processes. They were very knowledgeable and are quick to respond when we need additional support/

We did not find a lot of value in their Lot Attribute setup. It's not incorporated into the Business Central supply chain planning processes (MPS/MRP) and that was definitely a barrier to implementing.

They added a custom module to manage our Sales Contracts and associated prepayments that customers make against those contracts. They also added functionality to help us manage our raw materials that have varying weights in their associated handling units.
