I am trying to test my web application

The best part of the iMacros is that I have to subit very long forms for testing that the submission is done properly for which i use to enter data manualy before, but now I am able to fill all the form with just a double click

Some times imacros do not work or some forms which i use to fill might be there must be any technology difference or might I be working on some old forms which are not compatible with updated imacros version.

I do not need to fill long and leghty forms manualy, I just feed the data into the imacros and it creates a script against my commands by recording a macro and i can use that macro in future to fill the lengthy forms as many times i want to with just a double click. I can edit the macro as well incase if there is any change in the field on the form or any other change. its very easy to update the scripts as its written in human language which are easy to understand and can be manipulated easily.

We use iMacros extensively for automating tedious tasks on web-based platforms. This software is amazingly robust and can also be built into VB scripts to sync automated processes on the local machine with web-based resources.

One of the more challenging aspects of using iMacros to its fullest potential is learning the programing language. Although I will say that iMacros provides excellent resources and support to deepen understanding of the language.

I would recommend anyone who uses web-based applications to look at iMacros. It will make your life so much easier.

We utilize iMacros to automate web based report downloads, data uploads, and to generally take the headache out of meanial repetitive web based tasks. iMacros allows a robust problem solving software which makes it easy to do what you need from simple HTML tags to programming screen coordinates.

That imacros is just in the middle of web browser automation tools, it means that it does requiere to code a bit in order to use it but you don't requiere high programming skills, and at the same time it gives you a lot freedom and options to automate that makes imacros a better option than the other automation options that requieres no code. Furthermore there is plenty of documentation from imacros and from the community with a lot of examples so if you get stuck, you will probably find answers easily.

Well even if there are a couple of free plugins for firefox or chrome, to get the most of the software, you will need the full version that is a paid version and it comes with an imacros browser. The second thing is that the browser they use seems to rely on Internet Explorer, which is about to be deprecated but I guess they are aware of that and will provide an updated version.

Consider using Imacros if you already have people with small knowledge of code, you don't need a developer but someone who understands the basics, also consider how many repetitive task are you doing right now and before to buy it perhaps to try the addons for browsers so you realize what kind of product to expect.

We usually automate repetitive tasks for examples when we need to collect public information of potential leads that is published in public pages as Yellow pages or simmilar. So instead of having a human performing the browsing across all the potential leads and copying them into an excel, we better make an script that runs over imacros and will perform the task automatically.

Programmable Coding for Executing tedious work within browsers like adding multiple data in the Content Management System. I was using it in one of my previous company (which got liquified, unfortunately) for the entire days work done. Meaning created a few coding programs for adding tasks into companies timesheet at once. There were 15-20 entries & it gets added in one click after the code has been created.

Improvement in the User interface (UI) & User experience (UX) is to be relooked & make seamless for the experience. Currently, it is looking the same old look when I started using this tool in 2008 on the Firefox browser. Also, increase the coding lines capacity in browser add-ons. Promote that it can be usable in MS Edge Browser as well. Provide the latest enterprise edition release at least in a year so that by this time it should be version 20 or so. Code lines limit up to 50,000 lines which can be increased. Once the internet goes down, iMacros check internet connectivity & resume from the lost network.

iMacros is the smart option for making things automated which will increase accuracy & saves lots of time. You can start with Browsers Add-on & then if required opt for the enterprise edition. I highly recommend starting using it now because it will develop your coding skills as well including tons of different automated scripts.

Best part of using imacro is its capability making the user to reduce manual efforts by automating the redundant tasks. I used it in Fin-Tech company which requires lot of repetitive tasks every day. With the use of imacro I was able to reduce approximately 100 man hours every month.

One limitation of imacro that i faced during use is that it cannot be used across all third party apps.

Best product to automate your repetitive tasks and save time and efforts

In my current project I required to do alot of repetitive work buy copying financial data from stock exchange to our portal . With the help of imacro i automate this task and utilise that time to do other task. Imacro helps me save alot of man-hours that earlier i used to spend on repetitive tasks.

The best thing about iMacros is that it allows you to record a transaction so that most of the coding is automatically done and we can use it by adding a small set of instructions.

A person, with no technical knowledge, can learn it in an hour's time and start using it. I have trained many people on iMacros and the session used to be for 2 hours only.

The iMacros has not developed with time in accordance with the relevant browsers, especially Mozilla. We are required to use the very older versions of Mozilla as iMacros is not compatible with the recent versions.

iMacros help me a lot for browser automation it is very good tool I am using it more than 8yrs of QA profile. Very easy to use and user friendly. Just I love this tool.
