I've been using iGMS for a few years, and it's the essential software for my work. Our company is managing 50+ Airbnb listings, and it's very convenient to have all the accounts and all the listings available in one place.I especially like how the inbox section is organized and how you can add templates for all the listings you manage as well as for one particular listing (i.e. check-in details). There are also a lot of little helpful features that are making communication with guests much easier and faster.The support team replies to my emails reasonably fast, and what I really like about iGMS, they're considering our suggestions and improving their tool constantly.

While I wasn’t initially completely convinced that this would be the tool for my business, I’ve quickly come to rely on iGMS for many of my routine tasks. It’s great if your goal is to automate your communication and reviews. If you’re a startup, their Free pricing plan is very attractive and possibly just what you need.

What do you like best?

I came to AirGMS first to be able to share calendar information with our housekeeping people, after having issues with google calendar. I also think I'll really like all the messaging templates once I get them set up. I know there's lots more to explore. Thanks!

Haven't used enough to find something to mention

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It seems that the calendar is working well--I'm still going back and forth to the Airbnb app, but I think that will lessen over time. I'm still checking in with the cleaning people by text to make sure they are on top of it, but once I know they are checking as they should I can ease up.

I know this app will be a great help as we expand our listings to other rental agencies! As soon as I feel things are running smoothly I will explore those options.

What do you like best?

This application literally has fixed every issue I have had with Airbnb and VRBO integration. It seemlessly integrates them. The automated messages are awesome as well as the cleaning task feature. Instead of manually updating my maid she has access to all my calendars and gets a notification every time someone books. I estimate that this app will save me 500 hrs and I have four properties.

What do you dislike?

The VRBO delay needs to be fixed. Also, please add the automated VRBO review.

- Connection of all possible airbnb listings.

- Good support in case of questions.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am the Head of the Guest Support Team with BnbCare and I've been using AirGMS for almost a year.
Managing over 50 properties is very easy with AirGMS. Multi-calendar gives the full picture of reservations and cleanings, adding templates and setting some of them to be sent automatically helps us to respond quickly to the general questions and inquiries, the possibility of writing individual "to-do" notes for each booking helps me to make sure no detail is missed.
Moreover, AirGMS is constantly improving and adding new features that meet the needs of managing multiple Airbnb accounts. For example, in the last few months, the option of leaving reviews for the guests showed up and then came the possibility to check the Keycafe accounts and keys.
The other good thing is that it took me no time to figure out how to use AirGMS as it was created with a user-friendly interface.
To sum it all up, I'm 100% pleased to be using this software and would rate it 10 out of 10.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd say that it couldn't be better because it is constantly improving and adding more and more useful features :)

What do you like best?

I really like the customer service. The team is always prompt to respond to any inquiries and issues. Very professional.

What do you dislike?

Maybe there could be multitple login ids to a single account. And you could keep track of who responded to which guests. Someone we see a weird response and we want to know which of our team members wrote it.

We are able to manage multiple properties of multiple landlords who insist on having their own airbnb account.

Hands off message response, check in and check out instructions, and having everything in one place

The user interface is not super friendly at times. The messaging window can be information overload

What do you like best?

I enjoy that all aspects work effortlessly. I am able to change what I need to change & numbers in the spreadsheet section are accurate. The automation is perfect & the whole process is super simple to set up.

What do you dislike?

There isnt much I dislike a about this software. Honestly, the only complaint I have is the separation of Vrbo & Airbnb but I believe they are still working on the vrbo side of things to make it even better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out & see how it goes. It is a super easy integration & the support is easy to contact.

I have spent less time struggling to keep with with messages, owners can see their profits & their % booked. Overall, it is a perfect fit for my business.
