Guesty is an end to end solution to simplify the property management needs of every business. The tool claims that users can increase their listings by 100% every year and boost their revenues by as much as 150%. This can save them more than 50 hours per week on average. Features include a channel manager that enables users to distribute & control listings across all channels. This includes Airbnb rentals, Booking.com listings, and much more. It also comes with a unified inbox that acts as a centralized dashboard for guest communication while it syncs the listing data. Users even get a multi-calendar view of all reservations in one place. With an associated mobile app, users can run their business on the go. They even receive a branded website that allows direct bookings with just a click of the mouse. With an Open API, users can build tools with specific capabilities.

Guesty is not only a user-friendly platform but offer an excellent customer service through their different team accross the world. Six months in and we are very pleased with the Guesty software & team. The software has allowed us to reduce the manpower needed to run our operation while affording us the extra time needed to focus on growing our business. Guesty is a great platform to manage all of our vacation rentals in one spot. Once you learn how to use the software it makes managing multiple rentals throughout different cities and counties very easy. We are able to manage more rentals with less staff because of their communication feature, which helps keep the guests informed and happy with saved responses to the same old questions that guests tend to ask. If you ever run into a problem or simply do not know what to do, the Guesty Staff is very responsive and quick to set up a video call or tutorial for step by step instruction. Their staff is friendly and quick to reach out. Managing the numerous vacation rental platforms without Guesty just creates extra work for the property managers, the money we spend on using Guesty is well worth the time we save and allows that time to go towards managing more properties with less work so we are able to make more money in our business.

Guesty has been a true strategic partner in our growth, and thanks to their user-friendly channel management, automation tools, and guest communication system which can be completely tailored to our needs and those of our guests, we have been able to scale our business in a relatively short period of time. Most importantly, we value our ongoing strategic and technical conversations with our Guesty representative Alex Borack! The best features that Guesty provides are their automations - auto-messages, auto-replies, and auto-tasks. These automation tools allow us to communicate with guests, housekeepers and owners more effectively. They assist us in running a smooth operation where our guests receive check in information automatically and we never have to worry about guests not having their check in instructions. Additionally we use auto-tasks to provide our housekeepers their daily schedules. Our housekeepers speak Russian so having the phone application available in 20+ languages has been great! The integrations and compatibility with other booking softwares has been essential in allowing us to grow our company rapidly. Our Customer Service Manager Peta is attentive and hears out all of our questions and concerns. She assists us in resolving any issues we experience and escalates any unresolved issues to the appropriate team who can further assist us. She openly shares about all upcoming features with us which we truly appreciate! We occasionally experience bugs or glitches when using the software however the customer support and development team are usually pretty quick to correct these errors. There are a few features that are lacking including a robust accounting system (which our CSM has notified is in the works), extra functionality to allow our team to stay in Guesty and not have to use alternative programs (ie for chatting with team members) or going to the booking platform directly (esp Airbnb) and a better guest communication system. We currently use GCS and have found it to be beneficial for now however we do hope to "graduate" from GCS and have all guest communication take place internally. The Guesty agents were originally archiving messages which led to confusion within our team because we were not sure if all guest questions or problems were fully resolved however we voiced our concerns with the head of GCS Andrea Boker and she was able to rectify this issue for us and they no longer archive messages. This not only shows their dedication to user satisfaction but also their appreciation for user feedback.Guesty allows us to manage our large scale vacation rental property management business with ease. Working with them has been great - they are collaborative, constantly improving their product, and have provided us with great customer service. Our customer service representative is extremely helpful and takes all of our feedback into account. The unified inbox and phone application allow us to work cohesively as a team and all be on the same page. Guesty is always adding new features, offering new integrations, and partnering with different softwares. We appreciate our relationship with Guesty and hope they continue in the right direction.
