The layout and design are easy to use and make sense for the end user
There is nothing I dislike, I think this company is doing a great job as is
We use this as our scheduling and billing software for our busy practice and it performs well as well as eliminating the need for multiple software applications
The ease of use for multi practice types.
It’s very difficult to teach others that are new to the software how to learn it. Which negatively affects the flow of clinic.
Primesuite has helped with patient documentation and ease of prescribing has been amazing and impactful to the clinical side of the practice.
I like greenway because it is user friendly.

Everyones information is at just one click and it gives the option to block others from getting in

Greenway primesuite is user friendly in that it is easy to learn and use. Not much training is needed to start using the platform. There are lots of nice features such as being able to customize flow sheets as well as orders tracking. Ease of generating reports is nice. Customer support is excellent. Task feature is helpful in being able to document and quickly reference what you have documented. Task feature is also helpful for in office communication. Within the health care system it is helpful for other offices to be able to document and view other practices information in greenway for continuity of care of care for the patient. The patient portal system is great for patients to be able to access their own medical information, as well as communicate with the office via the internet. It helps reduce phone calls and overall helps the office run more smoothly. We can send them information securely thru the patient portal, and they can communicate back via the portal.
The appointment schedule feature could use some updating. It takes a lot of clicks to get to what you need. Some streamlining would be helpful. You cannot cancel and reschedule a patient with one click of a button. It takes several clicks. There is no way to edit the appointment date or time once it has been scheduled. You have to completely cancel it out and create a new appointment. Also, sometimes greenway lags and runs slow. Unsure if it is related to our computers or the actual system.

PrimeSuite is user friendly. Profiles are easy to set up and going from one tab to another without losing data is great.
There are any features that i dislike. Everything about PrimeSuites can be easily learned.
Organizing patient files. It is beneficial when there are more than one health problem associated for each patient.
I like how easy it is to adjust templates.
I dislike how things have to be very specific.
Benefits are that everything is easy to see as far as previous visits.
