The entire GetResponse support team has been great in this three and a half week process, trying to figure out the solution.
I'm especially grateful for the three way conference call, Godaddy on the phone, GetResponse live on chat and me on the phone with Godaddy and on the chat with GetResponse.

And of course, me using email to send DNS records to Godaddy from GetResponse.
Absolutely my first. But, it got the job done.

The best technical support I've ever seen
Getresponse's technical support is by far the best I've ever seen. They respond in less than a minute with human answers, i.e., “non-superficial” answers, unlike some technical support teams. If you have any problems, they will do everything they can to help you quickly and humanely. They are really good.
