Each restaurant gets its own ordering page on its own web address, in one of twelve layouts, with allergens and options under every dish and live stock that greys out sold-out items while customers are still scrolling. The part that saves the most time is the messaging. When an order is placed, three WhatsApp messages go out in about two seconds: the customer gets a confirmation carrying a real arrival time and a status page that updates itself; the kitchen gets its ticket; the rider gets a one-tap dispatch link with a GPS pin and needs no account and no app. Marketing runs in a separate lane with its own sending window and a weekly cap per customer, so a campaign can never delay an order confirmation. Dine-in works from a printed QR code per table, where the table itself is the address. A loyalty stamping system counts per order, per dirham or per qualifying dish, with tiers that discount automatically at checkout and a Google Wallet card that needs no app. Delivery fees are set per building, and VAT invoices carry the restaurant's own TRN. Customers pay cash or by card machine at the door, so no card details exist anywhere in the system. Pricing is a flat monthly fee with 0% commission on sales. Can you earn by reffering us?
Every package has a partner price — what you pay us for it. What the restaurant pays is whatever you decide to charge them. The difference is yours, and it is one number rather than a commission schedule with conditions attached to it. “Wholesale” here means nothing more than that: a price we have given YOU and not the restaurants. There is no minimum, nothing is bought in bulk, and it is the same price whether you sell one restaurant or fifty.
The restaurant is invoiced directly and pays us, every month. At the end of each month we close your book: every restaurant of yours becomes one line, and the balance is what we owe you — or, if you sold below your partner price, what you owe us. This is not an introduction fee. A restaurant you sold two years ago still pays you every month it trades.
This is the one rule that surprises people, so it is here rather than in an error message. Discounting below wholesale creates a shortfall, and a shortfall is recovered by netting it off against your future payouts. With no other paying restaurant there are no payouts to net it against — so the floor lifts as soon as you have 1 other restaurant on a paid plan, and from then on you may price a deal however you like.
Restaurants are billed in their own currency. If you hold restaurants in two, you have two balances and you are paid twice — we will not convert one into the other on your behalf.
Nothing automated moves money. When a balance is positive we transfer it and record the bank reference against the lines it closed, so what you were shown is what was paid. That is why we ask for your bank details when you sign up.
Your portal opens immediately with every package and the partner price you pay for each one. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
Your portal gives you your own onboarding link, and a restaurant signing up through it arrives already attached to you. For the ones who will never fill in a form, create the account for them from your portal instead and set the whole thing up — menu, hours, delivery areas. They then accept an invite and choose their own password; you never see it, and your access ends the moment they do.
