Fuze is the way to go

I would highly recommend Fuze to any size organization. Setups can get complicated when moving from in-house PBX to a cloud based VPBX. Fuze helps you through the struggles that are bound to happen in that type of migration and are very helpful and forthright with documentation and engineers on the ready to jump in and help. Phones are never down, systems are always up, that couldn't be said before Fuze.

Joe did a great job walking me through Fuze and showing me details on how we have Fuze set up. He was organized and detail oriented. The person that set Fuze up in our company is no longer with the company so we are learning as we go. The hour was well spent and I learned a lot.

Been Fuze customers since 2016 with offices in the USA and two in Europe- completely satisfied. All offices are connected, we use the softphones and mobile apps extensively and remote users remain connected. No issues with service, or support. Great company.
