FrameCourier is a photo and video delivery platform that combines client photo galleries and structured video review in one subscription. It was built by WeDoVids, a commercial production studio in Dayton, Ohio, that spent years paying for Frame.io, Dropbox, and a separate photo proofing tool — three logins, three bills, and per-seat fees that grew with every team member and client. FrameCourier replaces all three. On the photo side, studios deliver branded galleries with RAW and PSD support, watermarking, client proofing and favorites, and automatic music-video-style slideshows generated from any gallery. On the video side, clients leave timestamped comments, compare two versions side by side, and approve revision rounds. Ask Milo, an AI assistant grounded in each video's transcript, on-screen text, AI summary, and review comments, answers questions about footage in seconds with citations. AI-powered search spans photos, videos, and transcripts, including visual content the studio never manually tagged. Every plan, including a free 3 GB tier, includes unlimited team members and unlimited clients with no feature gating. Pricing is based on storage, not seats: paid plans start at $19/month for 100 GB, $49/month for 500 GB, and $99/month for 2 TB. Multi-user client accounts let an art director, producer, and outside agency each have their own login under one account. Additional features include a fully branded portal with custom logo, accent color, and subdomain; embeddable galleries and videos; QR-code model releases with in-browser e-signatures and PDF/CSV export; contracts with signing links; task and time tracking; and shortlinks and QR codes with expiry, optional passwords, and two-factor authentication.
