The built-in CRM is a game changer as it allows you to personalize mass emails to the audience. Also, the ability to edit the video on the fly is tremendous.
I wish that there was more integrations available. This really hurts my ability to synch it with real estate specific platforms.

I can personalise my videos to clients and prospects, and can then track a bunch of metrics. It makes outreach so much easier and more effective. It's a brilliant offering, and highly recommended.
The default video quality setting is too low (even though the viewer can adjust it). I wish this could be set in the dashboard when I create and share the videos.

Super responsive customer service and always putting out amazing educational content that I can use to make my marketing better and consistently get amazing results. It has been a real game-changer for my business and can be a powerful personalized communication strategy for enhancing client relationships.
There is nothing I dislike other than I would improve the size of the video files I can upload. Currently, it’s limited to 1GB for my subscription.

I like the fact I can track email views, video videos, rapidly create stand alone landing pages and the professional look of the videos. I also like the player and how it can be speed up and have video subtitles, and multiple call to actions. I really love how it just works. I nearly always get a response from the video when send using Dubb.
Nothing. I used to dislike that I couldn't add a youtube video but now I can. I also used to dislike the fact they couldn't reply with a vide but now they can.
I can rapidly create marketing videos solving the problem of introducing myself and my software and when I'm trying to pitch something- people can easily listen and see what Im talking about; especially with covid but it worked before covid too.
I like the way the app on your phone works in conjunction with the chrome app on your PC.
The ability to quickly insert videos into LinkedIn or Gmail is amazing.
I only dislike the fact that people are late adopters to the video which clearly is logical. People using this technology will be first to the party and those that double down on video will win in the long run

Other video software lacked the integrations we needed. they also lacked the ability to almost make a video a specific landing page. DUBB allows us to insert other video playlists into our video's. Things like case studies can start playing after the original video is done
What I like most about Dubb as an email copywriter that specializes in creating 12- part Soap Opera Sequences for clients is that dubb allows my emails to come alive. I've starting calling the integration of email and Dubb the "v-mail" technique, short for video emails. Instead of writing another 800 words, I can simply embed a video from dubb and have it appear to "play" inside my email subscribers inbox as they are reading my email. And say the rest of what I want to say in the email in the dubb video.
I mostly use Dubb to create an animated call to action to my pitch, or explainer video inside Active Campaign emails, because using Dubb this way can increase your click through rate by up to 300%. Which after your open rate, is the most important email marketing key performance indicator.
What I dislike most about dubb is there is no direct Active Campaign integration. There is only a weaker zapier integration, that has improved since I first joined Dubb. The Dubb team keeps on knocking out update after update, so I'm confident they will eventually make an easier to use integration for gluing Active Campaign and Dubb together.
Dubb is a great platform. A must have for advanced email marketers.
The biggest problems I'm solving with Dubb as an email copywriter are 2-fold. First, I'm solving the problem of saying everything I need to say, while keeping the word length of emails as low as possible. I aim to hit around 250 words, but often find myself having to go as high as 800 words after all cuts.
With Dubb I can simply include all the details inside the Dubb video. And use the words for the email to convince them to watch the video. Much easier. The other problem I'm solving with Dubb, is the problem of increasing my CTR on emails. Using buttons helps, but using Dubb's animated video gif preview of your video helps much more in this regard.
