Very clean user interface that is easy to pick up, with a lot of modification options.

Honestly just wish more teams were using it or familiar with it for joint project management.

It's fantastic and tracking assigned tasks and tracking deadlines, similar to Jira, air table, and other kanban boards.

Our team has used Favro for 6.5 years and has tracked the completion of just over 8,000 tasks through our Favro system. The way we chose Favro was we presented three online task tracking systems to our team that provided the functions we needed. They were all different, but could get the job done. We publish a paper, not games. So, we track lots of stories in different stages assigned to different people. We have added tracking photography prep tracking, layout planning, and file management tracking. The system simplifies our work by using one card that shows up on many boards to track all of the different elements of publishing the story. While other systems could do the same thing, our team chose Favro because of its superior visual interface and ease of use. It is easy to onboard new team members to the system. It fosters collaboration and evaluation of our processes. It keeps all of our stories in play until we publish or kill them. Because we track from idea generation to final file archiving, we can plan several issues in advance with Favro and still stay on focus for what needs doing today. We recommend the system highly for teams working together on an ever-replenishing set of tasks that need to continually move toward completion. Favro makes juggling all the pieces for multiple active projects much easier. We have incorporated new types of boards and automations as Favro has implemented improvements and enhancements. Because of the system's flexibility, we can adapt our process for special events and try new things without losing the core system we've developed. The platform is highly reliable and the Favro team provides superior and responsive support. Our team loves Favro. We don't know what we'd do without it.

The phone app. Favro is best used from a desktop with either a browser window or the desktop app. We have large screen iMacs and attached monitors. The phone android app leaves much to be desired. The strength of Favro is seeing everything at once, visually, and being able to quickly move tasks, adjust loads, plan, and make decisions. The phone app shows only a few cards of a single column. That's not very useful. I only use it to add cards to a column when I'm away. I try to stay away from it because of the frustration - especially moving a card between columns. It's just not as good as a large desktop browser or app window.

Our tasks are stories being published. The journey from idea to publication and file archiving has many steps and includes prepping and using multiple assets. Favro allows us to create one task card for the story and track it through multiple processes related to the various assets involved. We constantly look at many stories in different stages of various processes, all while assigning them to publications that are also at various stages of development. We sought out a tool like Favro because paper and spreadsheets were failing our increasingly complex work. Favro keeps it all organized, visible and managable. Here is a snapshot. Right now I am managing a team working on publishing 112 active stories. New ones are always being added to the list and others are moving out of the list into archives. I know the status of every story's multiple assets, who is working on it and when it is planned for publishing and where in that publication it is planned to appear. But, because of Favro, I will complete three stories today and process about 20 images. Favro helps me know that's what our process needs of me, today. Actually, because of Favro, I'm ahead of schedule. We could crash and burn with all of the variables involved. But, we don't - thanks to Favro.

Tracking the projects in a good way, easier communication around tasks

I truly like the way you can build your own advanced and flexible structure, supporting the way you actually want to work. The ability to put all kinds of information onto cards, use cards on multiple boards, and even have boards in multiple collections, as well as the highly advantageous option of setting up automations makes this the best work organising tool I have ever used.

One thing I do miss, is the ability to set up customised dashboards (reporting cards, collecting info from a selection of boards, visualising trends, etc.) I hope that this is something that will come in the future. It would also be great to integrate Favro even more with other tools, like email (how about an integrated email client?), integrated spreadsheets on cards, etc.

Favro is an excellent tool for Game Projects Planning and Management. Favro has a great Kanban view from where we can add/update or delete cards(Tasks). We can assign tasks to our team members and track the project's progress. We can filter out jobs by Tags. I love the user interface of the Favro. The best tool in the market.

There is nothing to dislike about Favro. It has excellent features and powerful tools. The only thing that needs to be improved is its pricing structure. They charge more cost than other tools.

I use Favro for my IT project management. There are a few excellent tools for Game Project Pipeline. We can track progress and keep up with the deadlines. We can integrate Favro with other services also, like Goole Calendar.

When my early-stage startup moved to Favro, we could immediately migrate many of our collaboration tools to the platform, eliminating several silos from our tech stack. Our team is spread across three continents, so our working hours only overlap for a small portion of the day - this has always been a challenge, but Favro has made it much more manageable.

Favro's feature set is robust yet does not ever feel overcrowded. This has made onboarding easy because we can interact with the platform using many of the same shortcuts and hotkeys that other tools use. However, sometimes we will encounter a limitation that was possible on our old platform - this could be as simple as the ability to underline text within a card or change the background color of a table's top row. However, these minor inconveniences are far outweighed by all the things Favro does well.

Favro helps the teams in my startup collaborate in real-time, stay aligned on deliverables, and communicate more effectively in the context of what matters are at hand. We use Favro for all new projects, bug fixes, and many other uses across our multi-continental team.

Here are in my mind the strongest featuers of Favro:

- Intuitive and easy to ready UI and UX: This makes using Favro very natural and easy to learn for both users and project managers

- Customization: As a project manager, it is very easy for me to customize Favro for my project's needs

- Automation: Setting up automations in Favro is incredibly easy and requires just a few clicks per automation

Favro is an excellent tool for planning and managing your games with collaborative editing with your team. Team members can share ideas and collaborate on the project. We can keep track with the pipelines. We can divide tasks between groups and can have different stages for functions.

There is nothing specific to dislike about Favro, But their pricing is a bit high. If they reduce the price, all small and medium size companies can use this excellent tool.
