What do you like best about Eventee?I love how the user experience of setting up and using Eventee is fantastic. It looks professional, is easy for attendees to use, and really elevates our in-person event. The support team is responsive and helpful, which is invaluable. Also, we appreciated the 10% discount for non-profits.What do you dislike about Eventee?I think the "branding" add-on should be essential and not just an option. Attendees using the app had a better first impression of Eventee because it looked professional with branding. Some attendees who plan conferences themselves are always looking for better tools, so having branding included would make a difference.What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?Eventee helps me manage conference schedules, provides speaker bios, allows session ratings, and facilitates attendee networking and updates. It looks professional and is easy to use, enhancing our event's quality.

What do you like best about Eventee?The interface is easy to use and works well on both PC and mobile. The new feature that lets you text and connect with participants, similar to social media, is a real plus. An app like Eventee is essential for a business event, both before and during the event. It greatly facilitates communication by moving the program online and eliminating the need for printed brochures. Additionally, it allows to send real-time notifications to all users for last-minute updates and provides helpful networking tools for participants.What do you dislike about Eventee?There were a few minor bugs that prevented us from sending push notifications and sharing quick messages in the app. However, the Eventee support team responded very quickly, and the issue was resolved in time. It may have simply been unfortunate timing rather than a recurring problem.What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?The app facilitates interaction among participants. Many people come to the conference alone, and in the past they complained about the difficulty of meeting new people and introducing themselves. The Eventee app helps by letting you know in advance who will be there and by allowing you to send a message as a first contact, especially during big events with more than 200 attendees.

What do you like best about Eventee?We're currently preparing this year's event, and we're happy to continue working with Eventee. We especially appreciate the team's responsiveness, willingness to help, and the continuous improvements they make to the platform.What do you dislike about Eventee?We still think there is room to further enhance engagement within the Social Wall and Newsfeed. Otherwise, our experience with Eventee has been very positive, and we don't have any additional recommendations at this time.What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?Eventee simplifies everything that usually makes event planning stressful. It freed our team to focus on creating meaningful content and memorable experiences for participants. Especially, I would like to highlight its gamification features, which take participant engagement to a whole new level. These tools make events more interactive and enjoyable, keeping attendees motivated and involved throughout.

What do you like best about Eventee?We're currently preparing the next Data Festival VŠE, and Eventee continues to be an important part of our planning process. Our collaboration with the Eventee team has remained excellent. Based on our previous experience, we're looking forward to using the platform again and building on what worked so well in past years.What do you dislike about Eventee?We still think the calendar integration we mentioned in our previous review would be a great addition. Apart from that, we're very happy with Eventee and don't have any other suggestions at the moment.What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?Eventee has been a valuable support in organizing our event, helping us manage everything from the program and speakers to partners and gamification. On top of that, it greatly improved our communication with attendees, keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the entire event.

What do you like best about Eventee?We have used Eventee for our meeting organisation. It enables smooth planning of our sessions, implementation of dynamic changes, as well as on the fly feedback to our speakers.What do you dislike about Eventee?Generally, me and the other organisers are very happy with Eventee. I have so far not taken advantage of the networking function.What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?Eventee supports all the requirements we need for a tool used for organising our meetings. It provides an easy oversight of the schedule, it enables our attendees to select workshops that they want to attend, and it allows attendees to interact.

What do you like best about Eventee?Eventee is an excellent application for organising workshops. I found the app very intuitive to use, and it made managing our Summer School much easier. The schedule was always readily available and could be updated live as things unfolded (or when last-minute changes came up). The Q&A feature was particularly useful and helped keep attendees engaged throughout the event, and overall the app was very easy to navigate.What do you dislike about Eventee?Overall, there is little that I would change about the Eventee app. Potentially, it would be great to see more customisation options that would allow us to match the app to our event.What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?We have been using Eventee to help organise a Summer School. This app has improve our ability to communicate easily to our attendees, gives us a platform to share photographs of the event and allows live interaction with participants through the Q&A function. It has helped save time and energy.
