First and formost their product! However, it doesnt stop there.

When we got onboarded there was a personal touch to it, and also where there were regulatory requiremnt that we had to adhere to, Entitle accomodated our needs and it was a very smooth and efficient onboarding.

There isnt one negative thing i can say regarding Entitle.

Entitle is centralizing and automating our access requests in one place and gives us a very clear standing on that front.

We were up and running in no time, experiencing immediate benefits without the need for extensive customization. The time saved was undoubtedly significant, although exact measurements are difficult to quantify. The support from the Entitle team was exceptional, ensuring a smooth transition. If you're searching for a solution that delivers tangible results quickly, Entitle is a game-changer worth considering.

They definitely put more efforts on making the user experience and UI smooth and less about documentation but it had already improved quite a bit.

Access provisioning would take us a considerable amount of time and effort, with Entitle it went down to nearly zero. UARs also got much easier.

Some of the integrations are still in the early stages of development, so there are some occasional issues with the connections and configurations. Permission management is super complex and so they have built a product that is extremely flexible to manage the complexity. In order to get the most out of the product, you will need admins to commit to learning how to configure it.

Nothing, I like everything about Entitle product and the team.

Entitle gives us the ability to manage various types of access, supporting multiple systems, with detailed logging and TTL configuration.

Entitle provides a Just in Time provisioning tool that manages multiple applications for us. Moving to the least privilege model was a major technical and cultural change that Entitle made easy. With a few simple integrations and some demos to the team, we were able to transition our entire organization over to right sized permissions. The quick ability to get elevated roles and automatically provision and de-provision access in the background for on-call made the transition acceptable to employees. Additionally, Entitle has been on top of all feature and document requests we have asked for, and issues we run into are resolved quickly. They meet at all times of the day, even with them being multiple time zones away.

Overall, Entitle makes our provisioning and de-provisoning process efficient, and I appreciate their customer support and service.

Initially, the documentation was a bit lacking. However, after requesting improvements in specific areas, it was done quickly, and all documentation is simple for admins and day-to-day users to use.

Entitle allows us to quickly take the right-sized permissions effort we did and promptly provision elevated access to those who may need it via an approval process. The benefit is that the hurdle of least privilege with a growing organization was trivial to work through with their tooling and assistance.

Entitle helps us manage almost all of our organization's workforce access while keeping up with our high security standards.

The system offers its administrators great flexibility and ease of use in creating and setting approval workflows, and simplicity in adding and managing new integrations.

For our users, all communications and actions can be done via Entitle's Slack app, which we find to be very effective, especially when not in front of a computer.

For admins, taking action on many objects can be time consuming. Also, search capabilities (excluding tickets) are pretty basic.

Entitle provides us with all the tools and features to easily and effectively manage our employees' access to our systems while maintaining our high security standards.

Knowing temporary access is being automatically revoked helps me sleep at night. Creating rule-based approval helps keep overhead down. The company listens to feedback and builds appropriate solutions based on that feedback.

The product is still maturing, so there are occasional hiccups in the connections. The configuration can be challenging if you have a complex identity schema. Sections of the Admin UI are not easy to understand.
