Couldn't be happier with our new documentation knowledge base!
What do you like best about Document360?
What impressed me the most was the professional look of the platform, how easy it was to add multimedia content, and the ease of going back and forth from WYSIWIG (my preferred method) to code, should editing be needed on a case by case basis that way. Customer support was needed a couple of times as we were implementing the product, and they were always very quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about Document360?
Honestly we have very few downsides, the only one I can think of is that the table headers do not freeze to be always visible while the use is scrolling.
What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is a small start-up, and the knowledge base is so clean and easy for customers to find what they need that they are able to answer questions before their question becomes an issue for support.

Simple and reliable platform for creating and publishing documentation
What do you like best about Document360?
Document360 is very easy to use and quick to implement for our team. The authoring tools are intuitive, making it simple to draft, review, and publish content regularly. We especially like features such as templates, variables, snippets, and glossary, which help in reusing content and maintaining consistency across documents. The formatting options are straightforward, and the platform ensures a smooth publishing experience. It’s a tool we can rely on daily without complexity. One thing I like about the customer service of Doc360 is always available to solve customer problems.
What do you dislike about Document360?
While the core features are excellent, we find some limitations in advanced customization and integration with other tools. At times, the interface can feel slightly slow, and new team members may need some time to get familiar with all the features. Adding more seamless integrations and richer formatting flexibility would make the platform even more powerful. Also, there is one concern, please provide a free tutorial so that normal people can engage with this platform.

Document360 helps us manage our documentation process in a more structured and consistent way. Earlier, maintaining multiple documents and ensuring consistency across them was time-consuming. With features like templates, snippets, variables, and glossary, we can easily reuse content and keep our documentation uniform. The publishing workflow is smooth, allowing us to quickly update and share content with the team. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and ensures accuracy across all published documents. Also Document360 provide clear interface of navigation to view. Document360 solving problems like it's showing the status of the articles and we can track the revision and versions.

What do you like best about Document360?
I really like the fact that we can have different levels of access for our categories and articles. The API and integrations are working great, everything is customizable on the public knowledge web page, the Eddy AI is very useful! And I have to add that the Technical Support and Onboarding teams are AWESOME! Very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about Document360?
The only minor downside would be the bilingual aspect of the tool. The knowledge base site is 100% bilingual (we use French and English) but we would need to have the Portal bilingual as well.

What do you like best about Document360?
The support and customer teams are always available and very quick to respond. While being friendly and professional, they can solve problems quickly and are ready to assist with realizing customer needs together with them. The product itself is developed quickly and things like multi language availability is added soon after initial launch. Customer feedback is taken seriously and considered when developing new features to make sure that necessary use cases are being covered. Their own documentation is quite helpful and the tool itself is intuitive and fairly easy to use. If anything gets too complex, support is quick to help. Most features are accessible in the UI and do not need any advanced technical knowledge or specific implementation. Further integration into your own systems is possible.
What do you dislike about Document360?
The content editor is a bit buggy sometimes, when migrating older articles into the new editor, especially with table content. The homepage builder can be a bit unintuitive at times and could be improved.
What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can provide all information about our own product to our customers in one place. Covering both user docs as well as integration and advanced documentation. We use it both internally and externally to further self learning and communication product updates and release notes.

The Best Knowledge Base Platform for Technical Writers
What do you like best about Document360?
The user-friendly interface and ease of content management easily makes me recommend this platform to all technical writers I know. The customer support and customer success teams are also extremely helpful and responsive to user feedback and making sure their customers are getting the most out of Document360. Their documentation also provides a plethora of support to assist you in accomplishing tasks on their platform. Document360 is only getting better as they integrate AI to help writers make their content better and save them time in editing for quality.
What do you dislike about Document360?
Our team is still using the legacy pricing, and while it is working well for us, the new pricing plan for similar features we use is nearly doubled the price. While Document360 does extremely well in creating content and publishing it immediately, it would be nice to have better version control without having to publish the article first. They also have some bugs when it comes to formatting content as well.
What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document360 is constantly listening to customer feedback and incorporates it into their product release plan. I'm able to subscribe to similar issues that other customers are facing using the platform, but I also get informed via email when feedback is under review or in process in the release plan.

Document 360 have a huge following and an active community. Whether it is suggestions for new features, questions about their features, or interactions with their account managers or support teams, Document 360 always have prompt responses and go out of their way to try and help you.

In terms of their offering, they have rich and robust features that will take our products far into the future. They have AI tools, customer-specific content support, multimedia options, easy-to-use editors, fine-grained styling options, a sleek design, and versatile options to solve content management problems.
What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their analytics tool is good but it could be better and have options for more specific data models and goals. A lot of their best features are tied into their Enterprise Plan so you'd need to upgrade in order to make maximum use of their offerings.

What do you like best about Document360?
It is an easy to use platform with WYSIWYG editors. We use Document 360 daily to update the Xponent knowledge base. Whenever we encounter any issues or require support for changes, we receive it as quickly as possible[]. Special thanks to the customer success team for that. It is really easy to integrate and use, you have all the different types of configurations available to use to implement and make the (CX) customer experience better. One important thing Document 360 is always ready to adopt new features their customer need. That is the main reason we migrated our knowledge from confluence to here.
What do you dislike about Document360?
Right now I really do not have a list of features that Document 360 really does not support, We have already requested those required features and many of them are included in recent releases.
Recommendations to others considering Document360?
We can easily manage internal and external documentation here. Also, it has a self-sign facility which helps our end users sign up and easily we can map their domains to specific parts of the documentation (categories).
What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document 360 has integrated Eddy (AI), and our end users are really happy while using it. Even our support ticket count was reduced. Analytics reports give so much detailed information to analyze our user's interests. Knowledge-based customization helped us to make it the way we want. Even the customer success team offers some ready templates, which is so nice. Document 360 is not just providing solutions but making their (CX) customer experience better.
