I work in Cvent daily, and it’s genuinely easy to use. The platform is intuitive, well-organised, and makes managing events way more efficient without a steep learning curve. What really stands out is their customer support anytime I have questions about features or need help troubleshooting, the support team is fast, knowledgeable, and actually helpful. The ability to fully customise the event registration experience and then pulling that information through to the in-person app and the onsite registration experience means we can quickly understand what our customers are interested in, who registered and who ultimately attended so we can report quickly on success and areas for improvement.
