Nothing as of now. The CSB asks for logging credentials everytime.

The best feature is the dashboard and the high-level customization that can be done by users.

Not much of a dislike but the UI could be more interactive
Problems solved:
Getting all the details of the accounts under the same dashboard like viewing contracts, all emails shared across with the client, rasing tickets, etc
All the information required is at one place
Lacks automation and implementation could have been a bit more easier
Need to look into different places for client info, playbooks were awesome
Every day alerts which help to make a plan for my day to day task. Task to do list allow us to plan my team performance.
Everything is nice, I don't find any thig which is useless.

I have used Customer Success box in my previous organization and it is a great tool to collaborate on all CS-related activities. From tracking renewals to red accounts, or be it cadence related, it's a perfect tool to manage everything in one place.
The access roles within the CS team were slightly difficult to customise around the organisation structure, however, was not a blocker.
The major problem we were trying to solve was to have all the data consolidated in a single place. After starting to use CSB, we were able to maintain a history of all accounts, track renewals, cadence, and internal transfers become much easier.
