Recruitment data made easy! A great tool!
Not much but if pushed, then some of the setup. Cube is also only as good as your data so getting all that in shape was a bit of a challenge.
Pulling any data out in accessible reports quickly. I used to take us forever to get data out of bullhorn
We implemented CUBE 19 about 2 years ago and we have fully embraced the Metrics Dashboards and the Gamification modes. Our sales team loves the job funnels by rep, and we use this feature daily and certainly weekly to run through our production meetings. Our weekly speedometers are there right when our representatives log in every day!
Moving folks to different teams and changing goals could be more manageable.
The benefits of increased productivity and visibility into production far outweigh any issues we have had. The customer support is excellent those rare times we have problems.

Cube19 takes the raw data from our CRM and converts it into a format that is easily, read, monitored, and actioned where necessary. Real-time updates keep the information current, giving us time to react to both unexpected shortfalls and previously unrecognised market opportunities.
Managers having the functionality to update their own team's KPIs whenever needed keeps targets relevant and achievable no matter what else is affecting working practices. The inclusion of Priority Dials can change the focus of a team and a company within the space of a few clicks.
Complete workload visibility gives us the flexibility to work in teams without being in the same room, office, or even Country - especially useful in recent times.
Since implementing Cube we have completely reinvented our Management reporting. Partner and Board reports are far easier to read and interpret without the need to spend hours entering information into spreadsheets to produce charts and tables. The function to save and re-run Trend Charts and Slice and Dice has become an integral part of not only our Senior Management team reporting but also our Divisional and Sub-Team planning.
Client set reporting also allows us to improve our Account Management services. Having the knowledge to hand during Client Meetings is invaluable.
Cube 19 Support is there for technical queries whenever needed, but there's always someone willing to look into making a new metric available when required.
I'd like to see the Slice and Dice and Trend Charts downloadable in their current format. Slice and Dice downloads don't look as effective in Excel.
Management reports and external documents can be created in a fraction of the time they used to take to produce. This has a direct impact on the business, especially the Senior Management Team and support services. This has allowed us to scale the company at a rate that may not have been possible had we not implemented Cube19.
The ability to quickly and comprehensively see an overview of your entire business from Activity to the status of active jobs. The activity rings help to clearly guide new consultants and incentivise existing consultants. This has proved invaluable for the management team and helped us to address issues (such as lack of CVs) before they become an issue.
CUBETV also acts as a great visual aid to motivate and update the teams in individual and collective successes without the need for constant admin or emailing.
Finally the reporting features such as Slice and Dice allow the management team to provide reports both for internal stakeholders and also external clients, giving them the stats & detail behind our delivery
Nothing - so far he product has worked incredibly smoothly for us and been very reasonable on cost.

The gamification of the recruitment process and placements and the resulting atmosphere it creates in the office is excellent. The trend reporting is also very useful for budgeting and business planning.

Having instantly available accurate management reports on any metric you care to consider is very powerful. The user interface and display is straightforward to use and aesthetically pleasing. We have seen a large increase in our employees recording information in Bullhorn as a result of implementing Cube19.
I love the way this product is embedded into Bullhorn. The simple navigation and menu section is a breeze to work with. There cutting and slicing of data and the ability to export as needed makes this a great tool for any recruitment company.
The ability to get to the bottom line numbers quickly and clearly makes this a standout product.
On top of this, the support team are excellent and are always there to help when needed. If you're not using this reporting tool within your recruitment company you need to get on board. This is great for small an established recruitment companies.
One negative is that sometimes I can spend hours cutting and slicing the data. But keep learning something new about my company.🙈😉😣
Previously I was running reports through Bullhorn that could have been time-consuming and cumbersome. Cube19 delivers quick and fast data that I can share with the team.

The One View function is the easiest, most efficient way to capture real time KPI's at a glance. These are customizable and can be set to a variety of ranges. This leads me to the Slice and Dice function which allows you to get even more granular with metrics while presenting the data in a variety of forms. My favorite view is the table showing all metrics with heat mapping options for higher KPI's across the board comparing all members of the team at a glance.
At this point, the only thing I would add is more color functionality to the dials. Having a 4th color (i.e. Blue) to show metrics that are above and beyond the level of standards set by the company allows for a strong visual. Having the color Green set for the highest level plays a bit of a phycological game of "having reached the goal," but by adding Blue, it gives those overachievers yet another milestone to go after.
Cube allows us to be more effective with our time and cycle through all candidates in play and all jobs on our boards in a streamline manner.
