I found the variety of reports really helpful to understand how users interacted with my pages. Definitely helped our team improve user experience and optimize conversions.

I didn't like that I had to set up new snapshots anytime I made a change on one of my pages that was included in the live test.

I was truly amazed by how responsive and professional CrazyEgg's customer service is. I subscribed for free trial and eventually forgot about it, so at the end of trial period I was charged for full year, according to agreement. I was a bit disappointed and cancel my subscription right away. Couple of days after I got contacted by support and after explaining my situation I got refunded, even that they don't do that according by their terms. Support was super kind and understanding. I will definitely use CrazyEgg in the future, if I'll be in need analytic software ☺️

What do you like best about Crazy Egg?

Crazy Egg throughly offers all the necessary tools to experiment around and then analyse the data. On top of that, they have the best support that are always responsive & helpful to say the least. All in all, one of the best experiences that we have had with any of the marketing analytics tools.

What do you dislike about Crazy Egg?

Lower pricing would be much appreciated, but then again they are definitely in line with the completion & as said its definitely worth the buck.

Testing diffferent kind of landing pages.

This thing is purely awesome!

PROS: We were able to acquire valuable insights from it. We get to know what users are currently up to. We have an idea at what point they'll reach out to certain pages our site. We're capable of keeping track of their behavior and roll out changes on our site that pushed to higher conversions.

"Great tool for marketers at decent price point"

What do you like best about Crazy Egg?

The heat mapping is super easy to set up and analyze. Gives us exactly the information we are looking for.

What do you dislike about Crazy Egg?

Not really much of a downside. Doesn't have all of the bells and whistles that other solutions have but we didn't need those either.

What problems is Crazy Egg solving and how is that benefiting you?

Analyze web pages and user experience and make changes accordingly. We have been able to do just that.

I was hoping they'd have additional options in their pricing. Or maybe they should offer "custom-based" options for the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to show clients the need to changing their site. It's made to help rake in more visitors. It's never about making a site on your own and then expecting it to function 100%. This tool has been a big help in helping clients see the big picture.
