Craigslist allows us to cast a wide net and to receive quite a wide range of applicants and it isn't a form of advertising that breaks the bank! Different form of advertising that is easy to use and somewhat more cost efficient!

Very user friendly, effective, reaches different network of people that may not necessarily be reached if advertised for on sites such as monster, linked in, etc

Candidates or applications that respond to ads/postings are not always qualified but that really is the nature of any job posting/ad manager
What problems is Craigslist Posting Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to receive a different pool of applicants who may not be familiar with the more common sites like monster and linked in.

Ease of use. The number of responses to job posting are excellent.
What do you dislike about Craigslist Posting Manager?
I do not yet use Craigslist to fill higher end openings. Perhaps because of reputation, but it has produced very good candidates for our advertised positions.

Helps to locate candidates I do not always find on other job boards.

What do you like best about Craigslist Posting Manager?
It feels very straight forward and simple to use! A "follow the prompts" kind of thing. Going back to manage and make edits is simple as well if you keep your email handy that has your post link.
