The integration with our HR software and the automated course planning. The easy way to create the same material in different languages (as we have learning materials in three different languages). The interactive elements that You can use, without the need for an external content creation software (yes, it is limited, but still enables You to do more cooler things than just uploading files). We also like the option of logging in using only the ID / SmartID / MobileID, so we can easily demonstrate the passing of compliance courses via a certified login. Coursy offers flexible and fast support and is also open for changes, if we are missing something. The end user interface is friendly and looks good, the reminders and notifications are all working and can be easily modified.
What we would like to see improved is the reporting part: today it is pretty limited, we are not able to easily get, filter and analyze data about the participants, failed results, exact % of the correct answers etc - we still need to do a lot of manual work in Excel in order to have the report in the way that we need to see it. We would also love to have a Library option in Coursy for the end user: not through the "optional course", but as sort of a folder for all the static materials that people want/need to revisit or have additional information from - for example policies, manuals, but also e-books, podcast links etc.
The administrative side is pretty complex and requires a lot of initial work to understand the principles behind it, some functions could be more intuitive and the logic more simple. If You use it daily, it's OK, but if not, then You spend a lot of time just trying to remember, how what works.
Overall, comparing Coursy to Moodle and our group LMS, it is still very much a step forward, innovative, helpful and easy to use. I am very sure, that Coursy will continue to grow and develop and in that process fix the issues that it has now, the potential is really there.
We are still not using Coursy to its full potential, but we see enormous time-saving opportunities with the automated solutions that Coursy offers. The automatic onboarding of new employees added to the HR software, the introduction of policy changes to all the employees, the implementation of mandatory compliance policies, the annual testing and mandatory trainings for those, who did not pass the required threshold, the reminders and notifications etc.
Also the easy comparison of translations of the same course. We have employees working in shifts, whom we can't always reach via the traditional classroom training, so e-learning is definitely a solution for that.
(EN) The employee side is easy, courses are simple to attend. Automatic planning is a comfortable solution. Voluntary courses are a good option. Overall everything that there is, is working well. The training materials are easy to compile, but I have an earlier experience with Wordpress. H5P elements make training materials interesting. Training materials are easy to translate because you can copy content from original material. Signing in with the e-mail and all ID options gives many users access. Coursy support is quick to respond and will always help with advice. The classroom training system and all the training notifications and reminders are good too.
(ET) Töötaja portaal on lihtne, koolitusi on üsna loogiline läbida. Automaatplaneerimine on mugav lahendus. Vabatahtlikud koolitused on hea variant. Üldiselt kõik, mis on, toimib hästi. Materjale on lihtne koostada, olles olnud wordpressiga ka varem kokku puutunud. H5p elemendid teevad koolitusmaterjalid huvitavaks. Materjale on lihtne tõlkida, sest eestikeelse sisu saab kõik üle tuua lihtsasti.
Sisselogimine e-posti ja kõikide ID variantidega annab paljudele kasutajatele kasutusvõimaluse.
Coursy support on kiire reageerimisega ja aitavad alati nõu ja jõuga.

(EN) I have received feedback that the administrative side is extremely complex. I agree, that it is very difficult to understand for a user who doesn't use it daily (like me). Even for me, it took a very long time to figure out all the programs logic.
There is a lack of related courses, as some trainings are interdependent (the next one is not available if the previous one hasn't been completed or the first one is thorough, and the repetitive training is shorter).
Reporting could be more comprehensive and illustrated (age, gender, equipment, time, language, etc.), this is important information for compiling training. A feedback report could be better, for example, more choices to filter and to extract the different results in the illustrated version, currently, there's only the CVI.
When compiling the materials, the text formatting panel doesn't come along while scrolling up and down, so if you want to change the color, etc. is quite annoying.
At times, we're missing a username and password generator. For those who cannot log in with e-mail or ID, but could do training under the guidance in the workplace with just a program generated username and password.
Because of these, my grade is 9, but these are not deal-breakers, I would say 10 because the existing system and potential are excellent, but some details are of quite high value that are missing or in need of improvement.

Aruandlus võiks olla laiapõhjalisem ja illustreeritud (vanused, sugu, seadmed, aeg, keel..), see on oluline teave koolituste korraldamisel. Tagasiside aruandlus võiks olla parem, et saaks põhjalikumalt filtreerida ja erinevaid tulemusi saaks ka välja võtta illustreeritult, hetkel vaid CVI.
Materjalides ei käi teksti kujundamise paan kaasas, üles-alla kerimine kui tahta värvi muuta vmt on üsna tüütu.
Kohati tunneme puudust kasutajanime ja parooli genereerimisest. Neile, kellel pole e-posti või ID logimisvõimekust, aga nad saaksid kasvõi töökohas oma kasutaja alt koolitused juhendamise abil ära teha.

(EN) Coursy allows for many employees to send (automatically) training sessions at once. E-learning is a great help for introducing work-related stuff to an employee, but also in updating knowledge for the ones who have already many work years behind. Everyone receives a common set of basic information that might otherwise be intermittent or incomplete, for example when training an employee on site. By also bringing the employee's initial instruction to Coursy, we save a lot of staff time.
