Intuitive and Efficient Time Management Tool

What do you like best about Clockify?

I find Clockify super intuitive, which makes it easy to use for tracking work and hours for myself and my employees. The dashboards are very helpful as they allow me to get, at a glance, a good idea of what tasks are being worked on and how they will impact my bottom line. The initial setup was super easy and it was all done in about 30 minutes. I am excited to see how the team integrates AI into Clockify.

What do you dislike about Clockify?

I would like a better implementation to automate payments. An integration with Wise would be a game-changer. I would love to be able to pay my team members and expenses directly from Clockify.

What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Clockify to track work and hours for my team, allocating hours and monitoring tasks effectively. Its intuitive interface and helpful dashboards give me a quick overview of tasks and their impact on my bottom line. It is a fast-working platform that works for a low cost.

Streamlined Time Tracking, Easy to Use

What do you like best about Clockify?

I like how organized Clockify is. I can find all the details about my different projects and the time it takes. I can also see how long I worked for the day, for the week, for the month, so that's pretty good. It's very easy and very intuitive to set up. Every time I need to look at something to track times or see how long I worked during the month, I know where to look. I know I can download a summary of my hours and how I spent them, which I can send to my supervisors to get paid for the month.

What do you dislike about Clockify?

Nothing. It's pretty great.

What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clockify helps me stay organized and keep track of my working hours, which would be really hard without it.

One-Click Time Tracking with a Detailed, Insightful Dashboard

What do you like best about Clockify?

Every time I start it, I have to just 1 click there in the extension and it starts counting the time. Its dashboard is so much useful and has a very detailed breakdown. When I measure my time dividation in the dashboard it shows as if everything is in front of my eyes. Great performance. And its free model is more than enough for a small work project.

What do you dislike about Clockify?

Manual timing entry has some complexity, I am requesting them to improve it.

What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clockify is just solving my monthly working time tracking for my projects so that my office can track time and pay my bills according to that timing.

Easy, Accurate Time Tracking Across Clients and Projects

What do you like best about Clockify?

Clockify makes it easy to track work across multiple clients, projects, tasks, and team members. We use it every day to keep our billables accurate and it allows project managers to ensure work is staying within budget.

What do you dislike about Clockify?

It can be frustrating when the mobile app does not properly sync with the desktop app - this is a rare occurence but as we work both in-office and in the field, we need the mobile option to be workable.

What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clockify keeps our billables accurate and projects within scope. Sometimes it can be hard to know how our team is doing, especially with hybrid workers, freelancers, and benched team members jumping around different tasks. Clockify keeps everything organized and makes reporting on it a breeze.

Simple to Use, and the Free Version Covers the Basics

What do you like best about Clockify?

It’s really simple to use and fulfils my needs of having a time tracker that tracks time spent on individual tasks in a project and allows you to assign that project to a client. The best thing is that all this is included in the free version.

What do you like best about Clockify?

From my point of view, Clockify is a straightforward time-tracking tool that’s easy to roll out across a team. The timer is simple to use, the timesheets are clear and easy to follow, and the reporting is solid enough for most day-to-day needs.

What do you dislike about Clockify?

As I’ve noticed, some reporting and filtering can feel limited when you start needing more advanced breakdowns or more customized dashboards.

What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?

From my understanding, it provides a consistent way to track time by project or client, improves billing accuracy, and helps pinpoint where time is actually going. We’ve cut down on the “guesswork” in invoicing and gained better visibility into our workload and how it’s distributed.

What do you like best about Clockify?

It is the time control and tracking tool that we use in the company, and in my area, I use it to keep track of the activities and times of my team both in the main office and in the remote offices.

What do you dislike about Clockify?

Honestly, nothing, everything seems excellent to me, from what they offer as a free solution to the cost plans. If I could recommend something, it would be to improve the Android app a bit, it's excellent but it could give me more reports and graphs. I can get all that from the website, so it's really not a problem.

What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have 3 support and customer service teams, and my project managers rely on Clockify to keep track of the time spent on activities and how much "downtime" there is between the different activities we carry out. Without this control, there can be an imbalance between employees who have a heavy workload and those who have less; the idea is always to have a balance of activities and personnel, so that this problem does not exist, and at the end of the day, we can provide better service to our clients, both external and internal.
