ClickUp’s Flexibility Keeps Projects, Tasks, and Docs Organized in One Place
What do you like best about ClickUp?
ClickUp gives us one place to manage client projects, internal tasks, and documentation. The flexibility is the biggest win. We can customize statuses, fields, and views based on each team’s workflow, whether it’s development, SEO, or content. Dashboards help us track workload and deadlines across multiple projects. Automations also save time by reducing manual follow-ups and status updates. Overall, it keeps our operations organized, and task management becomes easy.
What do you dislike about ClickUp?
ClickUp has too many features that it can feel overwhelming at first. New team members need some onboarding to understand spaces, lists, and views. If the workspace structure isn’t planned well, things can get cluttered. Occasionally, the UI feels heavy when loading large boards. It’s powerful, but you need discipline in setup and usage to get the most value.
What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ClickUp, project details, tasks, and communication were spread across tools and chats, which caused missed updates and unclear ownership. ClickUp centralizes everything. Now every task has an owner, a deadline, and a status. This improves accountability and transparency with both the team and clients. It also helps us plan capacity and avoid overloading team members. As a result, delivery is smoother, and timelines are more predictable.

User-Friendly with Robust Project Management
What do you like best about ClickUp?
I find ClickUp very user-friendly and it's easy to access all the tools. It's fun to work with, and I always recommend ClickUp as I've tried several project management tools. I appreciate the Task Management, Team Goals, Checklists, and Different Views features. I've organized the entire team's automated and day-to-day tasks with ClickUp, and it was very easy to set up even with many new tools now available. My team is able to get updated and start using them effectively.
What do you dislike about ClickUp?
For social media content calendars, I would like to use ClickUp for that purpose, but I think it's not ready yet.
What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?
ClickUp solves priorities for the team, clarity on tasks, and project timelines. It's user-friendly and fun, making tool access easy. I organize team tasks with ClickUp, and we've trained our team to use it efficiently.

Versatilidad y Personalización en la Gestión de Proyectos
What do you like best about ClickUp?
I like all the options that ClickUp offers to do different things, the views, and the ways to customize my task lists and projects. The visualization of work lists and Gantt charts are very good. I can choose how to view things as a project manager and how to present the information in an executive manner to the company's management. Additionally, the interface is simpler if configured beforehand.
What do you dislike about ClickUp?
When having a workspace, everyone must have the same membership subscription plan, and it's not always necessary for everyone to have a business plan, only some profiles usually. Some people in the company have found it quite difficult to start their process with ClickUp due to the large number of things to customize.
What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ClickUp for daily communication with projects and teams, organization, time management and workload, and prioritization. I can choose how to view the information as a project manager and present it executively.

Boosts Productivity, Simplifies Task Management
What do you like best about ClickUp?
I use ClickUp for managing my team's tasks and it has been a game-changer for us. It helped us easily manage our time, collaborate, and improve our productivity while removing chaos. I like that ClickUp is easy to use, and I have seen few alternatives or competitors, but it has a great UX comparatively. Timeline and workload management features have helped us a lot by allowing me to be aware of my team's plan, workload, and priorities for the day, making it easier to make decisions if I have some urgent requirements. The initial setup of ClickUp was very easy with everything well explained, and we had a lot of content from social platforms like YouTube to help us out.
What do you dislike about ClickUp?
I am gonna say it's ClickUp's AI. They should provide some AI credits renewable every month with the plan. It just feels that it is not as optimized as the other features of ClickUp. It lags on some tasks. Like I had told it to only summarize the tasks assigned to me, on which I have worked during a certain day, but it included my team members' tasks too in the summary.
What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?
ClickUp helps us manage time, collaborate, improve productivity, and remove chaos. Timeline and Workload management features let me see my team's plans and priorities, enabling quick decisions when urgent needs arise.
