Clerk.dev is one of the most developer-oriented authentication systems available. The integration process is streamlined, with SDKs for major frameworks (React, Next.js, Remix, Gatsby, RedwoodJS, and more). The documentation is comprehensive and the dashboard is intuitive, making setup and management straightforward even for complex use cases. What problems is Clerk.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Clerk.dev?I think Clerk.dev offers a rapid way of having a secure method for users to sign up and sign in to our product. It provides good data from a tracking point of view, which is helpful for us. I also like the features around role permissions and the integration with billing, even though we aren't using all of them yet. These are attractive capabilities for us.What do you dislike about Clerk.dev?I think that user roles and permissions can often become more complicated, and typically they're at the application level in the specific domain of your product. Clerk does provide some capabilities around this, but I'd love to see that go deeper. We also like to see the existing integration with billing, which is great, to be more mature than it is right now.What problems is Clerk.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?Clerk.dev helps manage organizations and users during onboarding and gives a useful overview of user activity. It's a secure way for users to sign up and sign in, with attractive features like role permissions and billing integration.

What do you like best about Clerk.dev?Elements is nice - it's great to just be able to use the components that they provide to create a best-practices built-in login page.What do you dislike about Clerk.dev?You had better hope nothing goes wrong with your implementation because you won't hear from their support for days.What problems is Clerk.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?Identity Platform as a Service, Orgnaization Management, RBAC, and SSO.
