It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
I truly don't have anything that I dislike. Everything is easy to work through with little to no problems.
We can quickly run through the system when needing immediate coverage for a client.
PROS: We use ClearCare for more than a year, before purchasing this product we used paper for our scheduling. This software is very intuitive and simple. We are able to get the schedules out to care-givers and clients. It saves lot of time and helped us to focus more on our clients. They always make some improvements about the product. Its support team is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
CONS: There is nothing I could think of.
PROS: ClearCare meets all our needs, it provides fantastic user interface and fast performance. It’s much better than the previous product that we have used. Its reporting functions are powerful and quick at receiving information.
CONS: This software lacks user security options especially for different roles within the office. The reminder emails go to all admin users, and this is quite an issue in our company because we are large company and everyone gets these kind of notifications.
PROS: I have used other software like this one, but I have to say that ClearCare is one of the best program I have ever used in my career. It’s easy to use, it’s intuitive and it requires minimal training. Our members can easily add prospects, clients and caregivers and they can even create staffing shift as well. I can easily interact with my team and team members with this software. I like that it is automatically added into caregiver file and it provides us with real documentation. Its customer service team is one of the best and provides us with useful tips and helps us to solve various problems.
CONS: I need an option where I can link monthly charges to the clients onto the calendar. Now, we are charged for all active clients, and this means that when someone is on hold we have to deactivate them so we can avoid the charges. This is really necessary, they could make it much simpler. Also, I need to go into the payroll so I can approve appointments and charges and then to go into billing to do the same thing. It would be great if they could make this for both at the same time.

It's a great platform, very intuitive and takes care of everything we need to manage our company, from hiring, care plans, scheduling, background checks, follow up tasks, etc.
It’s a very efficient system, we are able to hire and screen from the same platform. In this industry with amount of hiring we do, this makes things much easier.
PROS: This software is clear and user-friendly, it can be used by everyone and it doesn’t require specific computer skills. Each area is simple and easy to set up, it provides great tools that are very helpful for caregivers and clients. We don’t have to worry about billing and our clients are very satisfied with this product and what it offers. We don’t have to gather all time sheets, add them in order and to pay the caregiver and bill the client, everything is done automatically and in perfect order.
CONS: It would be great if the caregivers could clock in and out from various phone numbers, because sometimes the phone can be out of order. There is an issue within the software when it comes to canceling a day then it cancels the whole week instead of just that day, after this we have to change the schedule back.
PROS: From my experience I can tell that ClearCare has far more intuitive software than any other software I have used. I’m using its online app and app tracking features so I can easily streamline my hiring process. It has little learning curve but once you got the point everything is easy and clear. With its features I can easily interact with my clients, it allows me to automate many processes.
CONS: It would be great if they could implement integrated payroll and option for customizing at the beginning of the day.
