Choozle lets us run campaigns on our own terms, on our own timeline. This ability to "self-drive" our own ad campaigns is the exact type of ad platform our team was looking for.
You have to have people on your team with basic digital & design skills; since Choozle is a "drive it yourself" type of platform.
Choozle gives us a solution to "drive" our own campaigns, without relying on a third party to run our campaigns, track analytics, etc. This "self-service" is huge, for us to have complete control over our own ad buys and campaigns.

Our agency has been using Choozle for a couple of years. We trialed and assessed a handful of options, including outsourcing. Choozle has a great feature set that fits the needs of most display clients- CRM matching, retargeting, geo-fencing, and an exhaustive library of third-party targeting options. They offer Amazon and other options managed by their team. We have also found their support to be very responsive and helpful.
White-labeling requires a higher subscription fee. Not a deal killer.

It's great having a self-service programmatic solution. For smaller, regional agencies like ours, most options are either out of our price range or come with high fees that mean we can't recommend them to our clients.
Obviously as a self-service platform, we are required to put in the work ourselves. There is excellent support and documentation from Choozle, but this is not for people who want a turnkey solution.
Having access to the broad range of data gives us very specific targeting capabilities. We're able to be more productive and increase our performance over many alternatives.
