We can cut out third party expenses and bring programmatic in house with little ramp up time. Our account rep is always there to assist us as well as our support team. The ease of use of the platform and the amount of data providers to choose from allows us to easily scale out and test different data providers without a large overhead cost of a DSP.
We have been using their service for several years now and I can honestly say there's nothing I have wanted that they have not been able to provide.

The conversion tracking could be more robust, but it's fine for what it is.

With 3rd party vendors, the turnaround time on client questions could sit past 48 hours, whereas now we can have same-day, sometimes same-hour, answers to their queries.
Choozle makes it easy to setup and monitor our digital campaigns. At anytime I can run a detailed report which will give me insight into how a campaign is performing. With this information I can change the geolocation, site lists or banners. Also it is affordable! Most other DPS companies require a monthly minimum. Digital advertising is not our main business, so our monthly spend varies.
As Choozle grows aspects of the platform change. Sometimes there is a learning curve, but if there is they have great support.
Use their support team! They are all very knowledgable and quick to respond.

The customer service is fast and pleasant and the platform is easy to use.
not everything is available in the UI and some metrics or features I have to request. You can't customize your reporting.
Easy to navigate and intuitive dashboard allows for constant optimization of different campaigns. If any questions arise, the choozle support always provides informative feedback.
This one is hard, only thing that comes to mind which isn't that big of a downfall, is the time it takes from the CRM upload to when the global reach populates in the system. Having that reach populate right when the CRM lists have completed would be great in an ideal world.

Being able to have the reports by creative allows us to be transparent with clients on which creatives perform better on mobile, desktop compared with others. Platform we've used in the past doesn't allow for such in depth reports.
