"Very Manual Reporting"

What do you like best?

Ease of setting budgets and uploading creative.

What do you dislike?

Reporting is very manual and time consuming. You have to request reporting from Choozle to export data to get metrics on the creative level. Time consuming to wait for reporting. Unorganized once ads are set up. Unhappy with the user-friendliness of the platform

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This was fine for a first time programmatic user, but would seek something with better UI and easier reporting for next time.

Accessing a wider audience with display advertising.

"Great platform with a dedicated support team"

What do you like best?

I think what I like best is the support team ready to jump into solving your questions optimizing campaigns and setting up everything.

What do you dislike?

I think the platform could use some UI modifications. It was not intuitive to get into all the processes and tracking. The support library helps though.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The platform might be challenging to set up so don't hesitate to contact Choozle support team for help with setting up campaigns, reporting and optimization.

With Choozle we have GEO site retargeting campaigns at a very reasonable cost. And we have brand awareness campaigns as well.

"Great Platform + Great Support = Great Solution"

What do you like best?

The Choozle platform provided our company with everything we needed to bring programmatic media buying and campaign management in-house, provided us with all of the support necessary to create a smooth transition as we learned the platform and continue to support us by partnering on new business opportunities as well as ongoing optimization strategies.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if Choozle worked directly with third party ad servers, allowing the cost of that ad serving to be added into the DSP technology fee.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Better campaign results, quicker turnaround time on reporting and better visibility and insights into the factors that affect campaign performance.

"Excellent support, straight-forward answers to my questions"

What do you like best?

Selling programmatic to clients is hard - most of them don't get it at all. It took me a few months to learn how it works so I could answer their questions. Choozle's sales staff and support team are excellent about answering my questions in layman's terms quickly.

What do you dislike?

I wish the user interface were a little easier to use out of the box. It takes some time to get comfortable with where different features are located and how to best use them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Other programmatic services I researched didn't give me the control to be able to set up my own campaigns and watch the metrics in real time. The support team at Choozle is the icing on the cake - they were always available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Choozle is excellent for getting a digital advertising campaign set up and optimized quickly. The campaigns get advertisers huge exposure on high traffic sites and the reports provide insight into how the ads are performing. I started my career in print advertising and I'll never go back - the ad metrics are really powerful.

"Great self-serve platform! "

What do you like best?

I love the user-friendly platform Choozle has created. Their customer support is fantastic as well. They really do everything they can to help set you up for success. They also have fully managed support as well and are really flexible.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything I dislike. This is my first experience managing a DSP for my organization and they have really helped shorten the learning curve.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The price for Choozle is extremely reasonable and the support is phenomenal. I would highly recommend starting with this product and expanding what you do with them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are filling the top of our marketing funnel in targeted ways and reaching people we otherwise wouldn't be able to market to. We are also seeing conversions.

"It's been thorough, quick, and helpful. "

What do you like best?

I absolutely LOVE the customer service at Choozle. They are quick to respond and always make sure I'm well taken care of. I've had many questions regarding certain processes and they take care of me every time.

What do you dislike?

I wish the Geo-Fencing platform was a bit more suited to a self-serve style. The Choozle Team was quick and helpful in getting it launched on the backend, but if I could just upload my creatives in Factual and launch from there it would be a better process in my opinion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take advantage of the support team. They are quick and knowledgeable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our Yield Targeting in the past was really ineffective. The campaigns we've launched with Choozle have seen better win rates and higher CTRs which makes us feel like our money is being well spent instead of thrown at people to simply gain more impressions.

"Overall easy to use and straight forward platform"

What do you like best?

Easy to navigate and intuitive dashboard allows for constant optimization of different campaigns. If any questions arise, the choozle support always provides informative feedback.

What do you dislike?

This one is hard, only thing that comes to mind which isn't that big of a downfall, is the time it takes from the CRM upload to when the global reach populates in the system. Having that reach populate right when the CRM lists have completed would be great in an ideal world.

Try it out and you'll see how easy it is to use!

Been using it over a year and its great!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to have the reports by creative allows us to be transparent with clients on which creatives perform better on mobile, desktop compared with others. Platform we've used in the past doesn't allow for such in depth reports.

"Great capabilities as well as great customer service."

What do you like best?

The support that the choozle staff provides. Also, how easy it is to maneuver around the dsp.

What do you dislike?

Not much to say negative. However, there was one situation that the support team said that they will do something and never actually acted on it. It cost us some money, however, they credited our account.

We have been able to find a better programmatic partner in Choozle.

"Choozle Platform"

What do you like best?

How easy the platform is to work on.

The results have been much better than the previous platform we used.

Very easy to create new campaigns by duplicating the existing one.

Customer service from the technical team.

Easy setup.

No contracts.

I can stop the campaign whenever I want.

What do you dislike?

Interaction with Account Manager is good but it could be even better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great programmatic platform, easy to use, update, edit. The conversions have all come from view trough and none from click-through which makes it hard to measure actual results. All of our conversions came from our retargeting campaign and none from prospecting. Great technical team! Very expensive to join Choozle on Q4 for CBD clients.

ROAS - getting more conversions and awareness for our clients.
