Great support for report build!
Had a great support experience last night. Placed a call after hours and was sceptical I'd hear back. Within minutes I had Kavya on the line. We walked through what I needed in a report and tried a couple of solutions. When it wasn't quite what I was looking for, Kavya went back to the team with it. I received a confirmation that the team was on it and the next morning...poof!...step by step instructions were in my inbox. I thought that was very helpful. We are new to the system and now I have a reference that can help me with future reports, but if not, I know I can count on the team!

We have been using Chargebee to support an upcoming product launch which has complex subscription and pricing options that exceed the internal subscription capabilities of every top tier payment processor we examined. Chargebee has a customizable and robust subscription system combined with an extensive API interface.
