What do you like best about CareVoyant?I like best that CV it is easy to use and learn. What do you like best about CareVoyant?I like that CareVoyant is very user friendly and they are always coming up with new features. I'm especially excited for the new AI and automation modules that are coming soon!What do you dislike about CareVoyant?The coding tends to break, which makes certain billing tasks difficult to complete and can cause delays.What problems is CareVoyant solving and how is that benefiting you?I'm really excited about the new automation coming soon

What do you like best about CareVoyant?I like how CareVoyant captures all visits and confirms when they are completed to ensure compliance with state rules and regulations. The accessibility is great, and it's easy to use and straightforward. The initial setup was very easy.What do you dislike about CareVoyant?I find the speed of the CareVoyant application to be a bit of an issue. It's accessible, easy to use, and straightforward.

What do you like best about CareVoyant?The ability to log and track narcotics, this way if there is a miss document or count is off we are able to find where the error occurred and what happened.What do you dislike about CareVoyant?What I like and dislike is that it is web based. If there is no connection or poor connection near a patient's home, it is hard to document and sometimes unable to document. Sometimes if connection is interrupted some documentation is lost.What problems is CareVoyant solving and how is that benefiting you?Being compliant with EVV, ability to document real time.

What do you like best about CareVoyant?They do a great job keeping up with constant changes, and the customer service is excellent.What do you dislike about CareVoyant?When I enter travel time or mileage, the application slows down.What problems is CareVoyant solving and how is that benefiting you?The electronic forms are improving, and the number of fields we can use is growing.

What do you like best about CareVoyant?I like how CareVoyant has all the claims summarized into one single program, making it very helpful since we work with a lot of companies and insurances. It really streamlines everything for us and reduces workload. The ability to resubmit claims and handle all reports directly, including unpaid and rejected claims, is very helpful because we can manage everything in one place and on time.What do you dislike about CareVoyant?The information about the claims could be improved, like the AI eligibility tool doesn't always give the full information on why a claim is denied. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy for me. I needed about a month of training from our IT team, and I find the system hard to read because it's not very friendly.What problems is CareVoyant solving and how is that benefiting you?I use CareVoyant to streamline claim submissions for multiple insurances through one interface, making it easier to manage and handle claims efficiently. It helps reduce workload with features like resubmission and detailed reports.

What do you like best about CareVoyant?Care Voyant is very responsive to questions we have regarding the system. When the system works as intended it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Schedule view is easy to read and I like that you can view a month at a time.What do you dislike about CareVoyant?When upgrades happen, there are usually glitches that we have to work through. Some parts of the system are still a work in progress and Care Voyant is working hard to get those things addressedWhat problems is CareVoyant solving and how is that benefiting you?Being able to see in actual time if nurses have clocked in or not. Being able to monitor authorizations and not going over the authorizations. Looking at nurses documentation whenever I need to.
