What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?The newer workbooks and explains the terminology better.What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?It’s still needs fine tuned which is going to be an ongoing process it’s not perfect, but very good.What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me verify my pay what I am getting paid for and make sure there isn't any mistakes.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?CaptivateIQ makes it easy to understand my commission earnings and see how each payment was calculated. The interface is organized, the reporting is clear, and I can quickly find the information I need without relying on spreadsheets or asking someone for clarification.What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?Dark mode could be more consistent across the platform. What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?No issues at all, easy to use, keep up to date with comp tracking and payments. What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?Nothing I can think of. Overall it is a great tool. What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?It solves commission payouts.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?My company has now been using CaptivateIQ for a while, and it's continued to be easy to track my commission and get insight into the deals I've worked on. The UI of the website is intuitive and very easy to navigate. I like how I can get both top-level figures and drill into the details when I need to. Also, the speed at which I receive my commission report has stayed strong. With our last software, I used to get it middle of the month, and with CaptivateIQ I'm still getting it within the first week of the following month.What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?I still can't think of any real downsides to using CaptivateIQ. I do think it could be useful if they added some graphs/visuals on one of the pages instead of just showing figures. I also think it would be cool if they could show commission per deal in the statement section.What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?More transparency, increased speed, overall better system

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?CaptivateIQ continues to make it pretty easy to keep track of my commissions without having to dig through spreadsheets or other internal tools. I like being able to quickly see where my numbers stand and look back at previous payouts when I need to. I'm satisfied with the deal breakdown and individualized reporting offered on the "Payouts" page, while also being able to see my team view given our pooled commission structure. Inquiries are easy to raise in the platform and make it simple for my team to address promptly. What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?While it's easy to dig into historical payout data, giving users a trend-line of commission payouts to help predict where someone would end up at the end of the year assuming previous patterns hold could be beneficial from a planning perspective. If possible, it would also be nice to have a clearer explanation of how certain commission calculations are being made when a payout changes, especially when there are multiple components involved.What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?CaptivateIQ makes it easy to accurately understand my commission payments over time, which is vitally important, but often overlooked by most companies. Often, an organization will rely on spreadsheets, which can easily produce errors or discrepencies.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?I like the continued improvements to the platform, especially the focus on making workflows more intuitive and easier to manage. The ongoing product enhancements and new capabilities are helping make CaptivateIQ more flexible and useful for different business needs.What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?It would be great to continue improving the user experience and simplifying some of the more complex workflows.
